I feel exactly the same way. I DA'd myself. I now feel free to live my life and contentment that I havent felt in a long time. I have since been DF'd.

Thankfully, none of my family JW's. However I do have very close friends who I expect to no longer talk to me anymore. I havent been to a meeting since the memorial. I want to be free....free from the cling of the organization even if that means losing my friends. I want to serve God in a deserving way not just doing..doing...doing. I went as far as requesting to be disfellowshipped.
