  Darn Smurfs

  any one remember the smurfs; especially that evil papa smurf?.

  the cong i attended even gave a talk about their evilness.. roumor was one even animated itself [little plastic figure] inside the k-hall.. this led to my sister having to get rid of her smurf collection.. i'd have to say though at that time it made me happy ;being she .

  got 2-3 new smurfs every week, and they woldn't even ever buy me a hotwheels car

  2) (If the person has been a Witness for than 26 years.) Were you disappointed when the world did not end in 1975 like the Watchtower said it would?

  3) How to you feel about Kingdom Halls that knowingly harbor child molesters?

  4) If someone in your family stopped being a Witness would you shun them and not talk to them for the rest of your life like the Watchtower organization said your should?

  5) How do you feel about the Watchtower constantly changing their rules?

  6) How do you feel about the fact that the Watchtower was associated with the United Nations, even though the Watchtower has condemned the UN as one of the scarlet beasts in Revelation.

  7) Have you noticed that the Watchtower magazines have been more friendly twords the UN in the past years?

  Why do us men do all the bad stuff?

  it seams to me that through out history men have allways commited the worst crimes against humanity.. from despot rulers to serial killers and petty crime , men do the most.. yet to me it seams that on a personnal level men get on better with each other than women.. women are often very senseitive and take offence much more easily.. they can be very bitchy and manipulative.. often men will have an aurgument with a friend and the next day all will be forgotten , while a women can take years to forgive.. so what is it about mens psychology that makes them commit worse crimes than women?.

  or it there just the fact that they are physicaly stronger?.

  i wonder that if in the future , women are in positions of power more that they will act worse than men have, or if they will show more compassion for others?

  i'm just curious what everyone's view of hell is.

  i know that most of you were at one time jws and i was wondering if you still held to the no-hell doctrine or if you had found scriptural reasons to believe otherwise.

  if the latter applies, would you be so kind as to share the scriptures that have enlightened you?.

  what are jws told about these people??

  how do these people receive guidance from god??

  is the anyone, anyone, out there who has managed to turn a jw into an ex-jw?

  i know there are lots of people who wanna know what it is that you did that worked--any (and every) suggestion is helpful!!!

  What first started it for me was the blood issue. I thought that it was insane that someone rather let their child die than give them a blood transfusion. I asked myself, "If I have a child would I let them die like that?" The answer was, of course, "No." So I knew that I could never be a Jehovah's Witness.

  After I got out I came on the internet and found several apostate sites and found out about other things: that she society used to be against vaccinations, 1914, 1975, the UN scandal, the private lives of several WT presidents, the double stardards in other countries, the hypocracy, the back stabbing, the shunning, and how they have destroyed and broken up families.

  Thank God I am no longer a Witness!
