    Medium sized, clean, new potato, skin on, fork poked, nuked 3 mins, make a cross cut, 1 teaspoon sour cream, dowse with cracked pepper.

    My preference is for potatoes to be wrapped in green banyan leaves, inserted into the excavated bowels of a passing family of armadillos ( called in South America, 'speed bumps' ) and baked in a hollow in the ground for around two hours, using red hot rocks, Hawaiian style.

    Serve them in the armadillo shells, lightly sprinkled with the thorax of a diced hawk-moth - a truly unforgettable experience.

    Hey larc,potatoes?(LOL)OK,I`m game..ROAST SPICED POTATOE..:peel potatoes/cut in half/baste with oil(extra virgin olive oil preferred)/place in large flat baking pan/sprinkle on your favorite herbs,spices and seasoning salt/preheat oven to 400f/bake for 1hr/serve.Garnish`s:butter with sour cream/gravy/sauce/,use your imagination..cooking is an art...OUTLAW
