What is your favorite form of potato? Is it baked, fryed, mashed, boiled, served in soup?

Garlic Mashed
Garlic baked beans and onion jacket potatoes. Beans and potatoes in this country and you can eat for £3.00 a week, just about.

Medium sized, clean, new potato, skin on, fork poked, nuked 3 mins, make a cross cut, 1 teaspoon sour cream, dowse with cracked pepper.
Can't eat just one
chips. Ruffles. bar-be-que flavored.
french fried onion rings are good, too.
Smothered with onions.

Mashed with brown gravy
My preference is for potatoes to be wrapped in green banyan leaves, inserted into the excavated bowels of a passing family of armadillos ( called in South America, 'speed bumps' ) and baked in a hollow in the ground for around two hours, using red hot rocks, Hawaiian style.
Serve them in the armadillo shells, lightly sprinkled with the thorax of a diced hawk-moth - a truly unforgettable experience.

Hey larc,potatoes?(LOL)OK,I`m game..ROAST SPICED POTATOE..:peel potatoes/cut in half/baste with oil(extra virgin olive oil preferred)/place in large flat baking pan/sprinkle on your favorite herbs,spices and seasoning salt/preheat oven to 400f/bake for 1hr/serve.Garnish`s:butter with sour cream/gravy/sauce/,use your imagination..cooking is an art...OUTLAW
