Yes they do. They DA and DF for the same reasons that in USA, but there are less ex-JW that express theirs ideas in forums like this one. But they are growing in numbers.

the letter stated that if an elder confessed to having committed a serious (i.e.
disfellowshippable) sin a number of years ago, and nobody knew about it, he need not be removed.

Some years ago, when I was an elder, the Elders Body of my congregation used this instruction, for the benefit of a Ministerial Servant.
Actually, I'm looking for a scan of this information either.
Maybe this instruction was used to not remove the Bethel elders, that was involved in the WTBT-ONU fiasco, and who knows, maybe also in the Pat Garza accusation of Ted Jaracz.
I would apreciatte if some one publish the link for the scan.

the watchower implies that since jesus is said to be "subject" unto "him that put all things under him" that therefore jesus is inferior to god, and the trinity is thus not true.

This specific text are not talking about persons nature.
This text are talking about two persons, the Son, and God.
The text is also talking about who is the boss. And it told us that the Great Boss is God.
And at least for me, is very clear that the true God is the Great Boss. Any one who is in subject condition, is not the real boss.
On the other hand, look closely that the text are not talking about the Son and the Father, but of the Son and God.
The teaching is very obvious, but of course if you like to see another teaching, I dont have any problems at all.

As you may remember Moses didn?t know the name of God, so if there are some ugaratic text older than 1500 BC ?
