" They worship, study, pray and sing". Worship?? Pray, sing? Just lip service in my opinion. We all know the prayers to be like sermons, self serving, and not fervant.I give more credit to Catholics, at least they think are praying to god.

I could never understand why there had to be so many tests on people. I just didn't make any sense. Then I would compare the referanced scriptures in the middle column of the nwt and it only made me wonder more about the truth of what was written and WHY??
Now that I know the TROOF about the fairy tales, it's all just history to me now.

i am curious about who (after leaving) went on to other religions vs. lost faith completely.
once i started questioning the wt society, i began to question everything.
as jw's we are taught from childhood up that other religions are false - so it seems easy, after elliminating the last one, to be rid of religion altogether.. .

it is truly amazing the varied emotions i've felt since my jw daughter has been talking to me after not talking to me for 9 months .

do you suppose, that if there were a concerted effort by enough people, that the ag of new york state could compel the wtbts to divulge the names of all the child molesters that are in their files??.
do you think that enough pressure could be placed on the society in order to diminish their stature with the state?
imagine the impact that just the suggestion of such a move would make on brooklyn....... my thoughts......any others????.

HELLO!!!??? Have I missed something here folks? Since when did this become an active christian forum? Is this site's intended use one for preaching the gospel? We KNOW what the bible says already. We don't need to RESURECT and hash out old doctrine and dogma.
All it took was ONE REAL self righteous individual to come in here trying to convert formerly active jw's and non jw's . This person in his zeal, stirs up all this crap and still doesn't get the PICTURE!!! And the rest of you continue to ENCOURAGE his preaching by debating jesus love, hs and the like.

i was at the eye doctor yesterday, after an emergency room visit.
i had an injury to my eye, fortunately minor, and my doctor wanted to examine it.
two witnesses were in the office waiting room and spotted me right away.
Althogh the jw's speak and preach this LOVE of god, they in all actuallity have no HUMANITY!!!They are so narrow minded and miopic that nothing else in the world exists except for this DEATH and DESTRUCTION ideology.
