Hello, I am nomoreguilt's non-jw wife. nomoreguilt was a witness for many years when I met him. We have been married for over 4 years and still honeymooning. I was always asking him questions about the jws, and the bible, as I had been raised a catholic and then baptisted a baptist..and he would always give me answers according to JW and not necessarily what I wanted to hear. I believe that you don't need to have a name or title, as to a religion, to be accepted by GOD. I even attended meetings with him for about 6 months while he was trying to get re-instated. I couldn't stand to see how they were treating HIM!!!! Like he didn't exist!! How can they claim to be TRUE christians, and not be loving and forgiving like the bible says??? EVENTUALLY I was able to open his eyes to this CULT he was in and he saw it too, finally, YEA!!!!!So, we were talking over dinner tonight with the evening world news on. More of the same abuse of people by their rulers. My question is this? If there is this JEHOVAH(GOD) then why does he allow such terrible things to happen to innocent people?? I am not saying that I don't believe in God, I always have. I just want to know where he is when all of this is going on in the world.

When you take into consideration the subject matter that the wts continues to waver back and forth on to suit their needs and substantiate their failed prophecies, it is no wonder that truly inquiring minds want to know just what the hell is going on in the inner sanctum at bethel. grrrrrrr

Cynisister, your firstbstop after here is to the book store. Ask for Crisis of Consciense by raynond Franz. You will have your eyes opened like never before as to the inner workings of the WTBTS. I was a jw for 43 years. par for the course for most on this board. GOOD for YOU!!!

CYNICAL? How about, Satirical. We can, for the most part, sit back and laugh at ourselves the most. We were led into this thing with eyes wide shut! All we can do is laugh it away as lost time, and being totally misinformed as to how things really worked from the TOP down. We do however, have the right right to criticise and expose these people for what they really are, HYPOCRATES!!! Nothing less..

EEEEEEEEYUP! We were all invited over tothis young coupes home for a CONG get together. OH, BOY! Now, I just used to love get togethers! I was usually the one chosen to cook for every body, organized that I was and all that. Ok, so we get there, I don't see too much of anything for food yet, just some coffee and cookies? Hmmm. no problem. We were all standing in the yard yacking, and then the hosts, invite everyone inside. We go down into the basement, and there IT WAS!!!! The very familiar SCAM WAY BOARD!!! Give me a break , will ya? The friends, a get together? AM WAY?? My ex and I left immediately. I think most of the others stuck around, just to be kind. KIND??? what, like the GB kind? I don't know how many times I got asked the question, So, brother, are you interested in making more money? Less time away from the ministry, more time for JAH? get over it friends, you DON"T do business with the bros!!!!!STOP! PERIOD! $$$$ In their pockets. GREED? Taking advantage of the brotherhood? Jesus throwing over the tables in the temple?? It's all here.
