on my way to an MS
i will be close to 60 before i get there
but i will be 60 whether i do it or not
i found this article while i was doing some reseach it actally made me angry angry.
how is is it i was in this cult fot sixteen years and not noticed the hypocracy.
so i thought id share it and highlight the parts that anger me!.

so as not to hijack another thread, i'm going off on my rantangent here.. in the other thread i posted a 1960s wt quote about women having puny brains, being incapable of leading or making decisions, being ruled by their menstrual constitution and weak musculature.

am just remembering the awful headache that came with having to put say " how do we know that mary was a virgin?
" subject matter , into a "first call" setting with a " work on gestures" ... all together into a script that would kinda make sense!!
all in 5 mins with at least 2 scriptures used, both of which normaly seemed to have nothing to do with the subject matter!.
we never had to use weird names
like "sister modest" in the #3 talks

i allowed myself to be dragged by mum to the district convention which was a very bad idea... i have not been to a meeting in four years... so it's like staying clean for four years and then overdosing it for 3 days in a row (5 days if you count the total time spent staying with an elder's family!
