Perry, was this article copy and pasted from gail Riplinger's book? the NWT is a poor translation but this article is making extraordinary claims. the KJV is guilty of changing the bible also. 1 john 5:7. pot calling the kettle black, lol.

with the council of some herbal insight i have come up with a fade plan and have started fading. i am lucky that the congregation i am in i have no friends or associates and very few people who will know if i am not around. im so glad i left my long time hall years ago because i would be hounded like crazy. my plan is to keep turning in time and when asked about why im not around i have a whole story about work causing me to have a different schedule and i am attending meetings out where i work for now. i do have a situation though, i have a young kid who i have been studying with before i even found out that their were major witness doctrines that go against Scripture. i still have the study every week, but i am using the Bible almost 90% and trying to get this kid to see the real truth. while i cant out right say some things, im hoping that i show him the door and its up to him to go through. i figure i will just show him information and its up to him to come up with his own conclusion. this is going to be a very, very tricky situation. fortunately this kid is real smart and doesnt take bs. anyway, it will be interesting.
i respect all of you who decide you cant lie to the elders or turn in fake time. you are to be comended. i on the other hand have no moral issue whatsoever faking time and playing a total game in order to not have my name slandered.

i never took it, i do know it was a big no no. but whats funny is that i have always collected old school martial arts films like 5 deadly venoms, enter the dragon, etc. anyway it turns out that this other brother was a fan as well, so we would watch them, etc. anyway, one day an elder comes up to me and in a nut shell says that if i continue to watch these movies i will not be able to handle mics or have any privileges. lol

that have been hidden so well from the eyes of the faithful followers, the overwhelming information on the inter-net may be the cause of this.. perhaps the power and arrogance that the gb held for so many years is indeed starting to weaken.. i'm actually seeing the faith weakening within my own family members that have been involved with the organization for decades.. they do seem to be down sizing a lot in their operations, wouldn't it be surprisingly ironic if " the truth " was the thing that really was to bring down their structured lies.. well we can only wish, right !

i can only speak of my own experience, but i was a hardcore witness and so were my family. but the ammount of information on the net is undeniable for an honest person. fortunately my family puts honesty and truth as the #1 most important thing, and so it was easy for everyone to see that the WTS is lying. im also very easy going and forgiving, but there is just too much bad stuff for it to be "God's sole channel". so i wonder if people like us are gone after research, there is a problem. now, granted they will always have the mindless followers, but they will lose and any all honest hearted people eventually. and i agree about young people, the young people i know as soon as they hear not to go on the internet that is exactly what they do. this younger generation is not stupid, this wts bs might of worked on us old people with no internet, but these kids wont tolerate no answers to their questions.

depends on the type of games you like. i always love the GTA games. its as you said, an outlet for all kinds of stuff. the bethel part is like 1/1000th of the game, but it was cool.

i find this interesting since i would think that by the time a witness made it to gilead, they would be so indoctronated that they could teach that our savior is actually a horse named sally that was ridden by ted jaracz when he was a kid and they would buy it.
