  it's my first jwd birthday today and i just wanted to say a hug thank you to everyone on this board.. i am so glad i joined here, looking back over the last year i know i've come a long way.

  i started out here knowing it wasnt the truth but not sure where to go or what to do.

  throughout this year i've learnt so much about myself and feel i am finally being the person i want to be.

  i'm just having some fun with genesis and the wts explanation of the issue of universal sovereignty.. one day a powerful god named jehover got lonely and created other spirit creatures.

  since he was an angry bully, he made them spend all their time serving him and talking about what a great and powerful god he was.

  eventually, this got kind of boring and jehover decided that if he made intelligent creatures that were even weaker and more pathetic than the angels, then he would really feel like a great and powerful god.

  i think most jw's expect that your world will fall apart once you leave the org.

  you will start using drugs, sleeping around, tea party with demons, you know all of the typical bullshit horror stories like oh did you hear that (insert name here) left the truf, and now his wife left him, he lost his job, he is homeless and being ass raped by demons!

  The first step outside wasn't the hardest, but the final cut has been long in coming. My jw mother hasn't called me in almost 2 years. Good riddens. Life is far better here than there. My friends are my family now, and Mouthy my mother. She's great eh.

  That's hilarious, considering I'm stuck in a psychiatric hospital probably untill late winter. I feel fine now, but still stuck here. The joke made me think of some of the other's here. I'll have to sing those songs to the appropriate people. LOL
