  i was just wondering if there is any official rules on dealing with this.

  a sister in the congregation is planning to divorce her husband who is also a witness so she can marry a different brother in the same hall!

  yes this is a huge scandal!

  hi guys,.

  i have been told that a while ago there was a watchtower article that said that voting, (i'm in uk) is down to individual conscience.

  i always thought it was a judicial matter.

  i haven't been on here for a while so was wondering if anyone can point me to a post discussing why they believe jesus appointed fds at that time and, as it was invisible how do they know?.

  regardless of how silly it may be at least they attempt to explain how they arrive at 1914 by using scriptures and calculations.

  when it comes to 1919 it seems they are saying it has become clear only retrospectively and are not even attempting to use the bible to back it up.. i'm sure this has all been discussed on here before so would be grateful if someone can send a link or try maybe explain this to me please x.

  please can anyone help me to find any information from society's literature on the subject of marking.

  i wasn't aware it was still practiced.

  i would like to know how it is explained as being in any way scriptural.

  i am not a regular visitor to this site, every now and then then i get twisted up about something i come back lol.

  i am sure this has been discussed many times so a link to another thread would be great or if someone has the patience to explain again please?

  i have read the july 15 2013 wt many times but i simply don't understand the significance of 1919 from the bible.

  i am currently having a study with a pioneer couple to try to reactivate me and get me back into the congregation.

  they have asked me to really think about the provision of the ransom sacrifice.

  in doing so i have gone back to basics and have already hit a few questions i am thinking of raising.
