  Umber - I think you completely misunderstood what Simon was saying and ran with it. I don't think Simon could be any more clear.

  Even when he said that he thought you misunderstood him, you continuously misinterpreted his countless explanations and then were INSANELY rude to him.

  Everyone on that thread was trying to be patient and understanding with you, because we know you have been through a lot.

  But, this unwarranted lashing out at Simon who was trying to be helpful, is not nice at all.

  This apology is insincere at best, and, imo, really vicious and rude.

  Did an EX-JW wake you up to TTATT or did you put the effort to wake up yourself?

  how many of us were woken up by some apostate yelling false prophets at a convention?.

  how many of us were woken up by someone holding a sign and yelling, what happened to 1975.

  how many of us were coerced to investigate the wt because some ex-jw pulled up a bunch of old watchtowers magazines and told us to read the false predictions?.

  My mom passed away yesterday....

  finally, she is at peace.

  i was with her , holding her hand when she died.

  I think you hit the nail on the head... Dealing with this is such a nightmare. I'm lonely, insanely hurt, and trying to balance everything... It's not even that easy. Everything has a million implications...

  Thank you, I just feel alone sometimes. When I'm being really honest, yes, I'm hard on myself. How can I not be? Especially with being a mom. I didn't have a great example to go by, I'm guessing my way through this, and praying I don't screw things up. Being a mom is everything, and I hope I'm good enough that my kids can use me as a baseline to become better.

  Just feel like I could never make it on the outside world. I was never able to adjust, except in being a mom and in business. Those are the only things that I feel strong in. It's been about 8 years since I've figured out ttatt.

  Not sure what really to do. Maybe I'm just a warning, to get an outside life; away from the JWs... Idk...
