we let the qualified buyers participate in a competitive bidding process and see where the market goes with it, devine told the eagle.. doesn't this logic reflect the same expectation of gambling or buying a lottery ticket?
you don't know if you are going to win big or if you're just going to come out even or lose your $1 investment.. how do they know there's not going to be another market or housing crash the next day and get pennies for their properties?.
how can they honestly say: "...see where the market goes with it" and at the same time condone other for playing lottery tickets or gambling or leaving things to chance like not getting higher education.
Fink - it's not just the building projects that gave them financial stress.
One would think that it would be relieved through the selling of the Brooklyn properties. I am no longer of that opinion. But, no matter what is said in this thread, the only public proof of what is fact will be time...

Fink- Stop stating things as facts when you don't know the facts.
Your "facts" are actually your opinions.
So what your saying then Cognac is that the WTS postulating the we need more card is due to undisclosed law suits ?
No, it's a culmination of things.
All the consolidating the WTS has done in past few years has been to impending law suits ?
Same answer as above.
The other fact is that there are not if any law suits that have been levied against the WTS that hasn't made to the outside media or the inter-net.
That's a fact? Once again, don't state something as a fact if it's not.

Fink - What in the hell are you talking about??? No, most lawsuits don't actually make it to the media. You are completely wrong. More cutbacks WILL HAPPEN over the next few months and there will be more properties in the market.
For you to think the only pending lawsuits are the ones that have hit the media, makes YOU the delusional fool. That's not how it works. Very few lawsuits hit the media.

But in a committed relationship, unless there some specific health reason, there is no condom in world 'natural' enough for me to even consider it.
Not even once?

Fink - Really? No, not only will they not remember the SP's, but, there will be more cutbacks...
To answer your question, they did this because they had to. Yes, they are doing that badly.

so my wife has to make some home-made cookies for a work x-mas cookie exchange (i've told her to grab a handful of the receptionists 'cause hers were nice last year).. anyway.
being a supportive husband i volunteer to help and my definition of "help" is anything to do with chocolate - specifically melting it to dip the cookies in.. "ok", she says, "thanks!".
i can't believe my luck.
Apparently it's "too much to ask" that she makes a batch while away and ship them to the office. Some people are just selfish.
Obviously, some people only think of themselves. What is her problem?????
