  Contempt of court, case in San Diego county really disgusts me!

  this case has to be talked about by ever awake jw every apostate everyone.

  this case because they refuse to hand over documents the court already knows they have because they handed them over before but heavily redacted, is the icing on the cake!

  this case shows thier evil plain and simple.

  The biggest issue is, how has the precedent been set? In prior cases, the Borg produced similar documents but they were heavily redacted. Why did they get away with that? Since that's the precedent, they would have to have a different legal argument in order to get these documents. This is unlikely since I believe the cases are very similar. The 4K a day they have to pay, imo, will probably be vacated when the WT lawyers get in there. From what I read, they were terminated from court proceedings by the judge, and that was overturned.

  Also, from what I understand, punative damages were vacated in prior, similar court cases. So, I'd guess the WT would just be paying the 3mil.

  I'd be interested in understanding more about the legal argument being made here. I have access to Westlaw and Lexis, which has the legal info on it. I'll look up what's going on tomorrow.

  Ive found the women to be nice but guys for the most part that I've come across have been clingy and desperate which is really not what I expected.

  Being single I've found that I tend to be attracted to very powerful men... Surprise, surprise being the daughter of a PO...

  Still in a little bit of contact with my parents, but none of my siblings; however, I'm mostly at peace with that.

  Finding time

  is it possible to full time pioneer while working a full time job without making up the hours?

  i know of a brother who recently got married too a pioneer the guy was really desperate to get married because his wife despite her many 'spiritual credentials' has very few christ-like qualities unfortunately, anyway that's besides the point.

  he is a pioneer now and i'm sure he will be a ms soon the organisation likes that type of stuff the 'pioneer couple' so it shouldn't come as a surprise.

  i stopped attending meetings all together in january 2015. before that my attendance was irregular at best.

  my husband followed suit a few months ago after months of research, agony, and indecision on his part.

  from the very beginning i laid low and did not share with anyone what i found out about the witnesses because i did not want to be df'd.

  Miss it right now but not in the past. I doubt I'll ever really be in a committed relationship and don't really want to be anymore. I don't think there should be anything wrong with that either just like it shouldn't be looked down upon if you don't want kids. Do what makes you happy.
