My goodness thats quite the long prophetic message, took me ages to read it.. You certainly are doing a lot of thinking on the subject. One thing you Do have right is the words you use to describe the Governing Bod, elders etc.
I haven't been following your posts much and you haven't done that many. I am wondering if you have ever been a JW??? I am thinking No! Exjws have learned to be careful about what Men (not sure if you are male or female) tell us about our future.
Why do you think you were chosen to be a "servant" to tell us this. You sound like a very interesting person but not knowing your background and motivation its difficult to take you seriously.

Good Question Ozzie!!! For sure they are saying Jesus will resurrect.
Jehovah purposes that his Son will give life to those who have died. Countless millions of children lost in death will “hear his voice” when he speaks to them: “I say to you, Get up!” Those young ones will again be walking and talking. And like Jairus and his wife, the parents of those children will be “beside themselves with great ecstasy.”
I personally have no idea what they are up to. It sounds like they are giving out some "new incentive" to keep the poor followers hanging on. Even though Jesus is not resurrecting "immediately" as in the Bible they are suggesting as usual that it will be SOON and then they can see their children again. Just another way to say The New System is right around the corner.

Mom is gone
by Katheryn ini'm not much of a poster here, but the passing of my mom on friday is as good a reason as any.. she was in deep, no doubt will be refered to as "faithful to the end" by those who eulogize her.
this new chapter in my life of course has me is a reflecive mood.
i'm sure when she was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago that her hope was that the "new system" would come before she succumbed.

Kat I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom.
I know you will miss her and my heart goes out to you. Your situation sounds a lot like mine was. I just wish I knew about this group when My Mom died, I went through a lot of guilt and emotional grief and had no one to talk to about it. I lost my Mom in Oct 06 to brain cancer. She was also in deep with the Watchtower society for over 50 years. I so miss her now and I can certainly relate to what you are going through. My Mom believed that Jehovah would resurrect her and so she died with no fear. She did not shun me so I did have a relationship with her despite the fact that I did not love the "Watchtower Society". Now my daughter is expecting a baby boy in October so another life begins in the family.
Congrats to you and your daughter and the new baby coming to your family.

Embarassed at school for being a Witness - Did this happen to you?
by Witness 007 inwhen they played the national anthem everyone stood up...except afew of us witness kids who stood out like a saw thumb....a brother two rows ahead of me had a teacher physically drag him to his feet as he struggled to explain himself...i would sweat like a pig as others pointed and laught and told me off...from then on i would hide in the toilet till i heard the anthem finish then come out.. then theirs birthday holidays, sex education, religious studies which i wanted to do since i would be a star but i was banned by my family.. do you have an embarassing hide like a rat in the toilet moment..

I thought I was the only one who suffered like I did. Now to hear that they don't have to make a spectacle of themselves anymore. I didn't know that. Now I am mad too.
The other kids in the congregation went outside of the room when they did the anthem and lords prayer, at least their parents were thinking about the kids feelings. those kids didn't get heckled like I did. They were in another school to and a lot more of them.. What a childhood we had.

I get those Kuwait, Iraq, Africa things almost every week and everyday it seems some lonely girl in Russia or somewhere wants to make me happy and talk to me. Is she a lesbian?? she doesn't care who she emails.
I put an ad in the Buy and Sell Newspaper twice last year. Once to sell my Moms Yamaha Organ and once to sell a dog. I got about 2 dozen offers to buy them sight unseen from people in Paris, California etc. They said they would just send me a money order in the mail and they would arrange shipping. The cost of the Organ was $450 so they would send me a $1000 and All I had to do was cash the check and send the shipping fee to the shipper immediately.
the first time I didn't get it and just thought it was weird and I tried emailing and saying I don't want to be involved with the shipping, just pay me cash. They had all kinds of excuses, like I am on a honeymoon in Hawaii and we really want it but can't get back in time. So I gave my address to one of them and he sent me a Walmart money order for $950 US. The post stamp was Paris France. Gave me instructions to go immediately to a Moneymart and cash it. It was Sunday so I said NO. I emailed him and said I will take it to the bank and nothing will be done until it clears. The bank said it would take 2 weeks to clear. It didn't and fortunately for me the bank didn't charge me for the NSF money order.
I learned my lesson. I felt so STUPID.

Happy 30 Year Anniversary to Caliber & Hope 4 Others - True Love
by flipper init's not often in the rush of every day life that we acknowledge the really good accomplishments that mean something .
when a couple has stayed together and experienced the ups and downs together in love and life- i have always felt it is a worthy accomplishment !
so on that note i'd invite everyone to join me in a toast tonight to a fine jwd couple who are celebrating their " 30th" year together this weekend.
