The registry office ("Standesamt") would be an option if you had a German passport and lived in Germany. But since you don't live here, there is no registry office that would be responsible for you. IMHO you should contact either the local JW congregation, or the JW congegration that you were baptized in.

Leaving a church in Germany?
by Nika Bee ini have a technical/bureaucratical question for anyone in germany who has experience with this.. the background is, i got baptised as a jw as a teenager in germany, then moved to the us, where i daed.. from my research on the internet, i seem to understand, that when you get baptised in germany, they inform the appropriate authority depending on the state you live in, in bavaria this would be the "standesamt".
is that correct?
or does one have to do this by oneself?

“You are my friends if you do what I am commanding you.” (John 15:14)
Many ask themselves, “What does friendship call for, and how may we gain true friends?” (The Watchtower, September 1, 1976, page 521) As Christians we have to follow Jesus’ example of course. He explained how to recognize real friends when he said to his companions: “You are my friends if you do what I am commanding you.” – John 15:14.
So true friends would obey blindly to everything we say. We can check if someone qualifies for becoming our friend by issuing commands to him – for example, we can order him to leave his family and live on the street for our sake, or to proclaim our name from house to house. Only someone who eagerly ‘does everything that we are commanding him’ can be our friend.

“Abraham … came to be called Jehovah’s friend.” (James 2:23)
The book Life Does Have a Purpose says unambiguously “that we must be friends of God.” (page 181) That is important because the “matter of friendship with God … means life or death.” (Happiness – How to Find It, page 186) Fortunately, we can accomplish this goal; “you too can be God’s friend.” – You Can Be God’s Friend!, page 3.
How can we prove to be God’s friend? “18-year-old James … said: ‘A real friend to me is a person who tells you when you do something wrong.’” (Awake!, March 8, 1982, page 22) Thus, if we want to be a real friend of God, we need to tell him what he has done wrong. We should make him aware of bad design in his creation. We can also tell him that his confusion of languages in Babylon has been a major cause of discord and hence of suffering and death. We should confront him with how much suffering his laws have brought upon mankind until this day. Yes, the following statement also applies to God: “Although any number of people may give you words of praise, only true friends will think enough of you to point out a serious fault.” – The Watchtower, December 1, 2000, page 21.
The work Our Kingdom Ministry adds the question: “Would you hold back from defending a close friend … who was being falsely accused? Jehovah, our closest Friend, has been grossly misrepresented throughout the centuries.” (April 2007, page 1) Definitely people have ‘grossly misrepresented God throughout the centuries’ – for example, they accused him of striking the Egyptians with ten plagues, eliminating the Canaanites, sending the Babylonians to Israel, and appointing a Jewish fanatic named Jesus as King. But regarding all these charges he has been “falsely accused” – since he doesn’t exist at all, he can’t be responsible for any of these atrocities.
If we really want to be a friend of God, not only do we need to tell him about his faults; we must also publicly “promote the truth about God.” (Awake!, November 22, 1999, page 10) So we should ask ourselves: “Will my associates help me to be God’s friend?” (Awake!, February 22, 1997, page 13) Christians and other religious persons are definitely not good company for anyone who wants to be God’s friend.

“When you spread … an evening meal, do not call your friends or your brothers.” (Luke 14:12)
God “is great, and rich,” and he makes “good gifts.” (Psalm 147:5, ISV; James 1:17, ERV) But “those who are rich and those who give presents have many friends who are interested only in the selfish benefits derived from the friendship … Appropriately Jesus Christ counseled not to invite to an evening meal friends.” – Insight on the Scriptures, volume I, page 872.
This warning applies to God, too. “Jehovah’s Witnesses are friends of God” – but, as “Gerrit Lösch of the Governing Body” admitted, only because they “hope for a reward.” (You Can Be God’s Friend!, page 7;The Watchtower, February 15, 2008, page 31) God will heed Jesus’ warning though and will ‘not call his friends or his brothers’ to “the evening meal of the Lamb’s marriage.” (Luke 14:12; Revelation 19:9) The “faithful and discreet slave” – “the Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses” – must also stay away from this evening meal, since Jesus will not invite ‘his brothers’ too. (The Watchtower, July 15, 2013, page 22) “With no enlightenment of any kind from God, that class will … be cut off from the ‘kingdom of the heavens’ and will have no part in the ‘evening meal of the Lamb’s marriage’ in the heavens above.” – The Watchtower, November 15, 1974, page 698.

“A slave does not know what his master does.” (John 15:15)
Jehovah’s Witnesses claim “that the ‘greatly diversified wisdom of God’ can become known only through Jehovah’s channel of communication, the faithful and discreet slave.” (The Watchtower, October 1, 1994, page 10) But nothing that this “slave” has prophesied has come true. Jesus revealed the reason for that when he told: “A slave does not know what his master does.” (John 15:15) Even if the “faithful and discreet slave” is faithful and discreet, he is still a slave – hence he has not the foggiest idea of “what his master does.”

“Now there was in Joppa a disciple named Tabitha, which means, when translated, ‘Dorcas.’” (Acts 9:36)
After Tabitha died, the bereaved sent for Peter. What happened when he arrived at the mourners? Did they tell him what a good person Tabitha had been or how they miss her company? No, no one wasted any word her her personality. Rather they kept “showing him the coats and other clothes Dorcas had made for them.” (Acts 9:39, NLT) Accordingly the Watchtower says: “Why … was Dorcas loved so much? – Well, the Bible says that she … gave fine gifts. She apparently made nice clothes for widows.” – August 1, 2011, page 14.
So the Christians in Joppa missed Tabitha only because now no one would make “coats and other clothes” for them anymore. Peter felt sympathy for them and resurrected Tabitha; “then he called in the believers and widows, and presented her to them alive,” so that she could make more “nice clothes” for them. – Acts 9:41, MSG.

March 2014 - Food at the proper time regarding creation

after some struggling with trying to make the bible's account of creation square with the physical evidence presented by science i was so pleased to recieve the latest awake magazine (march 2014) via jw.org with it's lead article "the untold story of creation".. your detailed article provided vast amounts of credible and scientifically based evidence that counters even the most determined of evolutionists.
this article shall be an absolute blessing in the ministry and shall no doubt be instrumental in changing the minds of countless ones we meet.. the material is certainly new, detailed and clearly presents more than compeling evidence of as yet unknown arguments and evidence for creation that are irrefutable.
