This brings back so many memories. A few years ago at the bookstudy, we met in a home so used metal chairs. This sister leaned over to pick her books up and farted on the chair and I totally lost control. I had to get up and leave the room. I think she was mad at me for quite sometime after that.Of well, she no longer attends meetings either.

I would probably not have stayed in an unhappy marriage. That was the only reason I put up with all of it. Wanted to do the right thing. Now I'm older and feel like what difference does it all make now? I would make sure my children were able to go to college if that's what they wanted.Just do normal things in life that people enjoy. I'd spend more time with my Dad's family who are not Witnesses. There's alot of things I would have done differently!

did you have children's parties?.
in my old hall, the elders and moms would rent a hall out and organise parties for the kids but as we all grew older we were pretty much left to make our own entertainment.. a friends congregation used to have "talent night" but this has gone the way of the dodo.. were you in a hall with very few children?

When my daughter was little there were several other girls her age so she always has playmates but the cong. did'nt do much at all as she became a teenager.
