Why did "Back Calls" change to "Return Visits"?

does anyone remember the rationale that was used in rebranding "back calls" as "return visits"?.

while on the subject does anyone else remember any theocratic name changes like,.

district assembly to district convention.

I know, they are always changing catch phrases, Back Calls, to return visits, Rendezvous to Meeting for Field Service and along time ago it was called Contact Point, what a bunch of loons. Assemblies to Conventions, it goes on and on and on and on, and they say they are not a cult.

somedays my dad would look at what i still call an older woman, and he'd call her attractive.

i'd look at him like dude your nuts.

i'm thinking just cuz your older doesn't mean its wrong to find younger women attractive.

I constantly when I can, look at fine Bootie, I don’t care what age they are. Basically I don’t trust a single one of them as far as I can throw them, but I sure love to love them in any nocturnal way I can. Yummy yummy!

i sent a .pdf to a few friends and one of them betrayed me and forward it to a elder i know, along with the emails of the recipients.

i cant believe i was so naive to think that i can trust someone..stupid.

i have not talked to the "benedict arnold" yet, but hopefully soon.

I sure wish I had one, I find it interesting to see how a cult like the Witnesses use so many little intertwinings of control upon their members and these same members allow it and do nothing. Weird weird, and weird again.

Field Service Drains Me....

at this point i absolutely hate field service.

i have to keep going hough, or else the brothers in my group will be all over my back.

part of me just doesnt give a f***, but something inside me doent wanna have to deal with it.

I learned about the birds and bees for the very first time in Field Service, dam I became a man, it was a return visit while the rest of the car group was waiting outside I was pleasantly enlightened and reached nirvana.

My Ouija board Experience, Beware DO NOT ENTER if you believe in demons

ok last night we played with the ouija board, i am posting a link to a video of what happened so you dont get offended.

only open if you are willing to accept the consequences.. when my gf went to buy the board many people warned her about it, even the cashier shake the head and told her that she would never bring that game into her house.. so we played, we invoked the spirits, we even called god.

I get a kick out of these experiences. I remember back when I was about seventeen years of age which was back in the time of Columbus in my case, I was with these guys at their house we were bored out of our minds, so this guy who lived there goes to the closet and takes down the Ouija board, and we all begin playing with it asking all sort of stupid questions and stuff; well about an hour or so latter into the fun and games we hear some freeky noise in the kitchen so we stop playing with the board for a little while to give us time to investigate the noise coming from the kitchen, my buddy Lenard opens up the fridge to see what the noise is that seemed to be coming from there and to our surprise all the food and things are scattered around the fridge, and there smelled what appeared to be human excrement (shit) splattered in the fridge. Now mind you we were the only ones in the house at the time I know this because we double checked the locks before starting to play with the board. You know what is weird, there was a card board milk carton in the fridge at the this time that was un-opened, and we latter found what smelled like human shit in it.
To this day I have not figured out how in the hell that shit found its way into a sealed milk carton, it was a well known brand of milk and besides there was also shit speckled everywhere in the fridge like a shot gun blasted it.
I’ll tell yeah the Devil must have a real sense of humor, if I could pull that one off and get away with it I would.

Correction :

In 1931 Rutherford decided to make a distinction between the independent Bible Students and those loyal to him. He changed their name to “Jehovah’s Witnesses.” The Society had become what they themselves abhorred in Christendom—a little Babylon. Those Bible Students remaining within the Society heard the admonition, “Get out of her my people!” and fled. (Un-quote most Jehovah’s Witnesses have no clue concerning their own history.)

Blondie - The Bible Student groups you mention have nothing to do with the Jehovah’s Witnesses, don’t forget that Russell died back in 1916, the hostile take over was shortly after his death, the Witnesses started calling themselves “Jehovah’s Witnesses back in 1933, u nder the direction of Joseph Rutherford, he was the one who came up with all the outlandish ideas of controlling people who may have been observing holidays, on down to blood, and everything else in between. The Bible Students back then, and at the present time are so far removed, from the off the wall views of the Jehovah’s Witness that they appear sparkling clean in my view.
