I had some nice smutter, I wore my Hugo Boss wedding suit for a while when I was a R&F dub, but that was 29 years ago and I was a 32inch waist, even if I'd had kept that stuff none of it would have fitted me now!

i still have more dress clothes than anyone i know.
i did give some suits and clothing away and to be honest, i still like wearing a nice suit.. brothers and sisters, are all your “ meeting clothes” still in your closet?

How Much of the WT Teaching Did You Believe?
by Ding insome people on this forum have said that they never really believed any aspect of wt teaching, that they couldn't wait to get free of it all.. others seems to have been really gung ho, believing it all until something happened that got you questioning "the truth.".
i would say my own high water mark was about 50%, which put me squarely on the fence, trying to decide if i should be in or out.. how about you?.

a very small percentage, I thought naively that were were some genuinely well qualified Hebrew boffins in HQ that could interpret the more complicated biblical doctrine and for a short time it interested me, but the biggies were the destruction of all non jw's at Armageddon, the 1914 Generation never sat well with me nor did the blood ban,the original sin the serpent deceiving Eve to this day just does not make any sense, its an insult to the intelligence, if God worked hard on this project of creating the Garden of Eden putting two perfect humans into it why compromise all the hard work? they were destined to fail the tests, its stupidity,nonsense,madness,and the "sovereignty" issue how much more suffering do we need to see, children/babies being murdered,people freezing to death on the streets,famine,etc how much longer FFS? its madness,insanity,a perverted voyeuristic,angry all powerful being sitting in the heavens watching all this depravity? words cant do this lunacy justice, when I was a young 21 year old getting baptised in 1988 I was mainly interested in the social scene and meeting chicks, just a social club really, by the very early 1990's and the vast amount of research that I had engaged in I was done, I was out.

No Need To Preach In Every Country Anymore

he told me that in the watchtower study (10 nov 2019) regarding “the great tribulation” the elder on the platform said that there’s no need for jws to preach in every country in order to fulfil the prophecy, and therefore the org has already fulfilled that prophecy.
and that there’s nothing else left to wait for now but for “the great tribulation” to come.. gasps of delight came from the audience.. has anyone else heard this?

any jw with a brain cell in their head surely know there are billions of folks on this planet that have never heard of the WT and their stewardship in preaching the kingdumb of god, or will never likely hear it, I would of thought it is even more important to be preaching globally!

worked for the local authority Blondie, I worked there for a couple of years also in the early 1990's it was a relaxed working environment, but as we know they use creative ways to pad out their hours plus they were very early starts in the mornings, like the way some used to do 24 hour gas station witnessing starting out an some ridiculously early time in the morning and still counting their until that evening if they take a bible study to a meeting etc
