thats why on bible study sessions, people are usually excited to learn and see things in their bible they've never seen before!
It's interesting to think that someone is engaged on doing the re-writes, which they must know is the height of dishonesty, and yet their conscience is not troubled because they are protecting what they call the "Truth".
Truth and WT/JW do not belong in the same sentence.

ok so i tie into the meeting just to hear if something new is being said during the announcements and i tied in early tonight.
well the school overseer apparently just passed out 10 minutes ago.
i thought my phone line had gone down but then the po's cboe's elder's son went on with the meeting.

I agree, without it all living things would die, so our "Loving Creator" must have put it in us !
I do think it is important to teach youngsters how to win, or lose, with good grace, and to be aware that many times they will lose, but to use that losing as an opportunity to learn, and therefore to improve ones skills.
An overly competative spirit, the win at all costs attitude, is not good either, but a strong desire to do ones best is a sure way to succeed, and sometimes to survive.

Spoke to my sister, she is off to the big Apple at the end of September, the AGM is SAT 1st October.

We cannot know what "Jesus" actually said as the accounts that we have of his words, in the Gospels mainly, were written long after he spoke them, if he ever did, and by writers with an agenda. They too were schooled in Judaic myth, so would put such words in his mouth, displaying the limited knowledge of the time.
