  I applaud your thoughtful post! I have seen disgusting displays of disrespect & name calling towards fellow human beings. Neither one of the caididates is stupid! People demean themselves when engaging in these behaviors.

  Your approach is the best, refrain from taking the bait of political fights & insults, do the research, & speak with your vote! The last election, my husband & I voted for 2 different candidates, no problem! Neither tried to steer the other one, & our daughter is voting for someone we aren't leaning towards, but we are happy she will at least VOTE! We would not dream of attempting to influence her, she has her rights.

  Do you find yourself actually engaging in these behaviors? I think you are being a little hard on yourself! I think people suffering from this live in some kind of fantasy world & might not even be aware they are engaging in these behaviors. I don't know what you are like in your personal life, and I haven't read all your posts (or even that many on this board), but I don't remember seeing you trtying to dazzle everyone with your brilliance, or whining & rehashing old shit, or trying to get everyone to read your posts by ridiculous titles, or anything I would even associate with these behaviors.

  Out of respect for Barbara Walters, does anyone thing for a MOMENT, that any interviewer would have refused this interview? Do you think anyone on television today would not have jumped at the chance?

  MKL is a pitiful, delusional thing, but aren't the mentally ill usually the last to recognize they are sick? She really is not very grounded in reality. She did not take one ounce of responsibility for her actions & the trauma she caused many other people in her life. She showed lack of consideration for her family & the children she brought into this world. She bears direct responsibility for the pain of many, yet doesn't even seem to comprehend it.

  LOL@Frannie & Scully! Yes, for some reason, these all end up as OUR patients!

  GF, this can surely be changed. As anything a person can change how they behave & what they're all about if they want to.

  It would be no wonder if a lot of us have met many of these individuals, coming from a cult that is Narcisstic at the very root. They can even manage to try & make natural disasters all about THEM! Everything that happens everywhere effects THEM or is about THEM, don't you think? Anything to draw attention to their cause. So the habit is in place & well honed, for some people.
