  i dread meetings, like all of you that still attend i'm sure, but i have found a way to enjoy the sunday meeting again anyway.

  it's become my "personal study" time if you will.

  Whenever I have Attending duties I go in the library and grab an old book - The Finished Misery, or some such, and laugh at all the nutty crap about pyramids. That usually makes the time fly by.

  Original poster; Been doing this for at least a year. It's the only way to survive a public talk. Thank dog they made them 30 minutes now.

  i have seen the following statement made on this board several times: 'kn #37 ("the end of false religion is near") was intended by the wbts to provoke the great tribulation.

  that's an intriguing thought.

  i'm just curious where it came from.

  LOL, yeah, the bookstudy is Revelation right now. Bookstudy is the only meeting I don't fall asleep at because it's absolutely HILARIOUS how they grasp at the most absurd little nuances to try and link some first-century acid trip to their crazy cult history.

  i understand that the zone overseer is scheduled to give a talk in canada.

  many assembly halls and being booked to receive the telephone hook-ups.

  do you think that he's coming because he found out that some of our youth are attending university, and he's coming to kick our canadian butts?
