  Why is it that in the GB there are mostly men of German descent?

  as far as i can remember (195x) smoking was not accepted among dubs.

  somewhere along the line it was classified as a df'n offence.

  when this change came about?.

  Now I am astonished how general smoking has been among dubs. Either I have been blind or there has been a clear difference in attitude between countries. We finns did/do drink ok, but still I cannot recall but this one smoker during my 20 yrs of dubdom. Still learning new aspects about past.

  Thank you Blondie, you are such a good source on exact information. No wonder I did not know this as I was DF'd before 1973. But as far as I can remember practically none of publishers did smoke. The only incident I can recall was a very old man at an assembly with his pipe around 1958-9.

  The witnesses in Sweden are in panic!!!

  yesterday, swedens most famous journalist jan josefson, disclosed a pedofile scandal within jehovahs witness churches in sweden.

  the show "mission review" was a one hour long execution of the "elderly organisation" within the churches and was really devastating for the witnesses and the chuch in general.

  we who saw the show are now convinced that jehovahs witnesses in sweden now better hide themselves than seek new members, because what we saw was both disgusting as well as heartbreaking.

  however i have run across several opinions that this is not anymore so called "present truth".. what would be contemporary "present truth"?.

  Beside the fact that homosexuality and bestiality were back then (197X) mentioned as condemned they did not consider those as a biblical reason for divorce. I do suspect that it may well be connected to this porneia explanation which came after my DF.

  - a pedophiles' paradise".
