People who Talk During Movies
by jeanniebeanz inyou know, to take three people to the movies now, including snacks and drinks can cost $50.00 or more.
it burns my biscuits when someone brings a bunch of kids in and then has absolutely no interest in ensuring that they don't disrupt the viewing.
worse, some folks drop their kids off at the movies and have no idea that they are being little hellions and ruining the expensive experience for others.. then, there is the guy who wants to see the movie but keeps his blackberry going all through it so that if you are sitting behind him, every time he gets a call and that blinding little blue glare pops up you are distracted.

can you really ever fade with immediate family still in?
by oompa ini am beginning to think not....elders still want to call on me rather than befriend me in any way.....and with a "good" wife and son and parents in, it seems like i still have one foot in only because of the overlap with my other "free" self........it is hard to really feel free in this situation, and is still have desire to just run the fluck away.....which would mean pretty much giving up my family in nearly every respect.
some here really miss their family and wife, others so love the freedom they seem able to move on and start fresh....as you know, i dont seem to have the balls for that, and at this point in my life the price seems to high to fully start over........it is the "one in one out limbo dance"......oompa.

With family still in it makes a successful fade difficult. I only have my wife and in-laws still in. Both kids have left about the same time I did. I had one thinking of returning but the other day she reassured me that she had no intention of returning to face a DF. Whew!! I feel better about that. My wife is not a hard core dub so that makes it easier and she seems to be accepting me for who I am and I am pleased with that but it is not like it was before we were dubs.
Sure, there has been times that I wanted to run the fluck away and start over but I do love my wife and I really do not want to hurt her feelings. Nor do I want to hurt my kids' feelings. So, as long as it is working for her it works for me.
As for the in-laws, if they ever wanna talk about my reasons for leaving I am willing to discuss it. I'm just waiting for the opportune moment. They haven't abandoned me but they do keep their distance.

?.......,esp by good ol bible study......i swear i think nearly anyone who accidentally finds "interest" does their damnedest to find some pioneer who gives a flip....and even they are hard to find.................oompa.

The only thing I ever studied with when we went out was a cup of joe and a breakfast burrito at McDonalds... As for my JW wifey she says she doesn't want a study or an RV. She doesn't have time for it..BUT the end is near...LOL I guess Mickey D's is about the only RV they get.
