  How can I enable the ssl protocol?

  there are so many answers out there, but i cannot decide which one that i should pick.

  i cannot use yahoo mail since the ssl protocol is currently disabled.

  i found a good suggestion earlier but i cannot find it again.

  Thanks for trying to help me out. I tried to follow your suggestions but it is not working too well for me. I am considering to get a email account without SSL protocol. Any suggestions?

  I used to do Google Chrome, but it crashed and I tried to download Google Chrome again, it would not let me download it. I have IE, but now it has very limited capabilities probably due to ssl protocol disability.

  baltar, I have XP, I am currently using Firefox. Yahoo mail is very important to me because I have email account there.

  I googled, it says it only offers Static IPs to businesses. I am going to find out which ISP offers residential static IPs.

  I have Comcast, I believe that they offer extra IP addresses. I do not remember how much they charge for that. I am going to find out ASAP.
