A symbol for all who have ever stood against Watchtower.

for all here to know, i'm not the first to write a book involving witnesses, but i do believe that i've written something which people here could greatly enjoy.

aside from being a story involving witnesses written by a youth, my book also establishes a symbol which i decree to be a counter to that of watchtower's.. you can check the book out for free at http://authonomy.com/viewbook.aspx?bookid=10802.

i plan on writing a number of novels in my time, and because of my upbrining as a witness and as a last ditch effort to help some who are close to me, i have chosen to complete this novel first.

Banned expressions= Pioneers abused me for saying "that sucks or peeved"!

yes as a young man on 20 out witnessing with the special pioneers one brother said his bible study wasn't home...."oh that sucks" said i......well, you would have thought i said "that sucks balls" three pioneers completely freak out and as a "trinity" start telling me off...i didn't think it was a swear word....anyone else?.

once the c.o used the term "peeved off" during his talk...well, everyone did research on the word to see if it was the same as "pissed off.

one time i led a group for service and i dropped my kingdom ministry and said crap...a pioneer lady yelled at me because i did the same thing as saying shit....i didnt tell her that i now had a good idea why she has had two sons that committed suicide.

another time i wore an orange shirt to a rehersal for a district part...i got chewed out by the C.O. who i didnt dare insult and another who had a bad speech impediment...she marched away when i told her i wasnt wearing candy because she kept saying i was wearing a "cert" not a "shirt"

another time said "marriage at 18 only happens because the kids are horny" and i had a meeting with two elders, not because i said horny...what was worse was that i'd insulted an arrangement from god.

the crap with them never stops. can't get too mad at the people though because they're not the real problem, watchtower is. mean time...especially for people still fading...anytime one of them pulls judgemental crap, it's just as easy to send them to bed thinking they might not wake up.

i'm not very good at debating doctrine, etc., but my feelings on the whole shunning thing is that it just proves to me it's a cult.

you don't force someone's whole support system to be in this one small group and then take it away when a small rule is broken.. when the prodigal son came back his father welcomed him immediately with open arms and a feast.

he didn't make his son sit in the back of the room for 6 months and refuse to talk to him until he was sure he had repented properly.. jackie.

on august 4th of 2008 at approximately 8:00-8:10am i was coming from the front office after receiving a green sheet for being absent on thursday, july 31st 2008. i was passing the women's restroom on my way back to class, when i saw steve walking the barren hallways.

he didn't notice me since i was walking far behind him.

Wife caught me on this site - have to remember to Logoff Witness 007!

my wife burst into the computer room and found me {gasp} talking with apostates on this site!

now she doesn't go witnessing anymore and only very rarely goes to a meeting...but talking to apostates is not on!

i quickly closed down but had to log-off later so she doesn't find out that iam "witness 007.

when it comes to change.....change is natural, like gravity. it's kind of like a cliff or an edge. walking to a cliff where you could fall(change) comes from doubting something, or from something radical happening. for her, to get to the natural gravity, or change (not allowing herself to be told how to think) the person has to have a feeling, or a slither of knowledge that it contradicts what they hear at church, then seek it out

someone who is far conservative and "into" something, like some JWs, their minds wont let them go to the cliff, the bathroom, or anywhere. you'd have to wrestle them, or beat them to get them there and they'll fight back....in the witness manner of course, meaning shunning and not talking to you.

.....other people, like in your wifes situation, they're already geared for their change, because they're not doing everything they're told. i especially take that from the above quote.

shes at the proverbial cliff, because for whatever reasons she has, shes not at all the meetings. so for all you know, her finding the site may have been a good thing. because people at the cliff, or at the brink of gravity....sometimes all they really need is a little push

usually the one that doesnt want to be friends anymore wont recognize his/her part in the failure.. in jg wifes thread about being friends with your ex the above comment was made.

in failed relationships it's usually both parties that share the blame.. in the past three years since my divorce i have come to except my part in the break-up of our marriage.

i have identified areas that i need to work on to be in a healthy relationship.

see, no matter how thinly you slice a loaf, there are always two sides. one side may be a tiny little end piece, and noone wants the end piece. on the other side is the rest of the loaf, yay, but you cant see that theres a bunch of mold inside of it, and its sickening, should be thrown away, and you really ought to just stick with the end piece, cause its the only one that wont make you sick
