Bethel is in grand theft auto 4
by yourmomma inwhile playing grand theft auto 4 today i discovered that in the mock new york city of the game called liberty city there is a building exactly where the watchtower would be called instead "clock tower".
each place has a mock name i guess to avoid trouble.
outside of the buildings are shipping carts full of boxes which i guess have magazines and books inside them.

There are many doubting Thomas' who are naturally justified in their skepticism, this is reasonable, don't believe something simply because someone says so, until it is revealed to you personally as in Saul 'seeing' Jesus, or the transfiguration. So the Parousia during the last days when Jesus comes along side his disciples would be a unique period of time, which clearly isn't now, which leads naturally to the thinking - 'maybe not in my lifetime', therefore, lets fix the problems that men have brought upon themselves, and lets stop making excuses for not getting off our asses and making a positive contribution towards a better world. It's Official!
by searchingforfriends ini went away last week with my boyfriend (imissmaine) and the day after boarding our cruise ship we were walking around before dinner.
just after sunset we happened to be on one of the decks overlooking the water and talking when he got down on one knee and proposed!.

Have you read "Signs of the last days?" by Carl O Jonsson?
by Awakened at Gilead inafter seeing h4o's thread today (about hassans book), i decided to open up this one.
i have only been out of the org since 3-29-08 so i have a lot of reading this past month and a half.... i'm halfway through reading the "signs of the last days" book.
in some ways it has impacted me more than some of the others i have read.. as i read cofc, for example, i could see that the inner workings of the gb showed that there were not spirit guided but very misguided.... as i read isofcf i could see logical biblical arguments that refuted jw syances on blood, holidays, jesus, etc.... i read the gentile times reconsidered, and was very impressed with the logic about 587 bce.
