  I understand that Franz was the GB member who was latest baptized before (October?) 1914, which is the key year. So yes, as you say we could search for the youngest person who ever partook with Franz... So I guess the deadline for the WT would be people born about 1979/1980 (if a 12 year old would have partaken, as Franz died in 1992), the last people who would die, right? JUST FOR FUN, WHAT DO YOU THINK ON THIS DEADLINE, GUYS?

  So, assuming overlapping of only two generations who knew each other while the members of the first one were already partaking, for example if you were born in 1975 and become anointed when you were 17, and you knew Freddy Franz that year in which he died, then the new doctrine could be that the faithful born after 1975 will never die :)

  The doctrine says "the anointed who were on hand when the sign began to become evident in 1914". It does not say that they were already anointed. Burr was at hand in 1914.

  i started posting on the ex community about five years ago since two of my children have remained under the jw spell.

  back then i had little tangible hope of seeing the downfall of the org.

  i now see evidence of big cracks forming in their hermetic carapace..

  Bonsai: There aren't 1.2 billion practicing Catholics. There are 1.2 billion baptized, nominal, self-identified Catholics. My country, for example, is 86% Catholic but only 10% practicing-Catholic.

  Guys, I don't understand why you are saying that the last known anointed one died in 1992. John Burr was born before 1914, he was a member of the Governing Body -therefore an anointed one, right?-, and he died as recently as 2010. That means the people who are not going to die, according to the 2010 doctrine, could be as young as 4 years old now in 2015...
