Google "ECA Stack"
I have dropped 40 lbs in 3 months twice in my life using this and do it three weeks a year prior to beach season.
i'm really struggling with this.
i gave up smoking a few months back and have put on around 20lbs already.
i've gone up another dress size and i wasn't slim to begin with!

they're playing right now and serena is ahead 6-0, 5-1.. .
thoughts?.
om.
I live a few minutes from Venus and Serena and run into them from time to time. My impression is they are into PR more than the religion. Interestingly, when my daughter asked what Hall they went to Serena answered immediately "Juno Beach" (which would not have been a compulsory answer)
I guess as long as you are not baptized.....
On a side note; they both are pretty cool people.
so i was giving my daughter a hug at bed time last night.
she stands up at the foot of her bed and wraps her arms around my neck.
she then asks why i don't serve jehovah anymore.
Outsmart,
I remember having the same question asked of me by my kids.
Dont be too discouraged. It's 5+ years since I have left the organization and while my wife is still active, my kids now know that being part of this religion is an option and more importantly that a person can be very happy (much happier) by "not going to meetings".
I try to use the JW tactic on them...by "winning them over without a word". It's workingm, but it takes time.

where you're an ex-jw or still a jw, if you live in miami, florida (broward/palm beach county is cool too), i want to hear your story.
i've already given mine, but i'll tell it again just for the purpose of this thread.. i was researching masturbation because of the fact that the wt makes it out to be such a bad thing despite admitting that it isn't even mentioned in the bible.
along with that, i was researching "porneia" in general, and then i discovered this site.
In South Florida here and now!
Not sure I wanna see sseven inches at Haulover though....
i've googled this a couple of weeks; but still have no idea.
found this when i tore an old building down.
anyone have an idea?
Kinda looks like a ... Super, Duper, Pooper Scooper
i'm doing some research for a new blog article on the governing body.
it's in a question-and-answer or "faq" format, and attempts to give simple but well-founded answers to most questions that people could conceivably ask about the governing body.. one thing i noticed when looking at the history of the governing body is that we seem to be in the middle of a lengthy "dry spell" when it comes to making new appointments.. gerrit losch is currently the longest-serving member having been appointed in 1994. however, his appointment came at the end of a 17 year period in which no appointments were made.
this contrasts notably with the remarkable six-year period between 1971 and 1977 when 15 members were added.. since losch's appointment, 4 members were added in 1999 (herd, lett, pierce and splane) and 2 more recently in 2005 (morris and jackson).. the seven year spell since the last appointments were made has seen the deaths of barber, barr, jaracz, shroeder and sydlik - cutting the number of governing body members almost in half.
DATA,
It sounds like the minimal info i got is not dissimilar to the person(s) you are refering to.
There is no doubt they already know who and how many they are goiong to appoint.

I have heard from family friend who has vacationed with a GB member that there are a couple "younger" brothers (under 60) being looked at closely. One may currently be in the NorthEast U.S. and the other Latin or South America but definitely spanish speaking. The reason for the delay is that is at least one instance the length of time partaking has not been too long. I posted almost the same comment two years ago so they are obviously still waiting for something.
From a business point of view it makes a lot of sense. One of the brothers is supposedly very business savy. and a spanish speaking member can only help the only growing segment of this religion
i am still physically in but am completely out mentally.. i was curious for those who spent some time in the borg while being mentally out or are still in that position, what is the worst, hardest or most awkward parts... for me i intensly dislike attending the meetings however its bearable as i can just let my mind wander, but field service is awful.
i cannot try to bring someone in to a group that i am trying to plot a way out of.
so now i try my best to either spend the day driving around to others fruitless rv's (we have somewhat rural territory) or eating out at an extended breakfast or if door to door cannot be avoided, i try to work alone and not ring bells.
I remeber going through those exact same motions. The most liberated I have felt since my planned exit was when the Service Overseer called for my time and I said "Zero Hours" like I was proud. He tried to get me to admit to talking to the kids, informal witnessing etc. I repeated "nope! Zero Hours!"
There is absolutely nothing he could say he was so in shock that I could not care less about my "christian responsibilty"
30 minutes ago i just got off the phone with some important players in this case, and some things were relayed to me concerning a lot of details of the outcome of the last two days of court.
i am passing this on.
cynthia hampton, one of the main players in the candace conti case (and a close friend of 28 years), just informed me of a further, far more powerful move by the state of california against the watch tower bible and tract society of new york, inc.. by order of the superior court of the state of california - county of alameda (see documents below), until the watch tower's appeal, which won't begin until august 13th and will take up to two years to settle due to due process of law, has forbidden the watch tower to sell any more of its $1 billion in assets in the borough of brooklyn until the appeals case is finished, to assure they won't shelter their monies in the light of this most huge and devastating sexual abuse scandal ever to hit the watch tower society, and perhaps any other single-victim lawsuit.
I deal with legal judgements, professionally, on a fairly regular basis.
Not only will they be able to "bond off" this judgement, but it will probably only cost the WBTS no more than 2% of one and a half times the judgement. That will amount to just under a million dollars, unless they put the whole amount in cash. Which I dont think they could do.
The reason for the low cost is an insurance company (Surety) guarantee's the whole amount for this cost.
I know that sucks but that is the reality!
as in the current oakland, california case, since the congregation must vote on expenditures and pay on such rulings, is there any announcement concerning the specific case and rulings?
are the elders removed to make it look like it was their blunder.
any real info along with wild speculations would be welcome..
OTW,
There is no chance the Elders get removed. This case will be appealed for years and the WBTS would not risk the appearnce of past mistakes by removing them.
They would probably even excuse an elder getting 4 hours a month in field service as stress related to the case.
