jesus is in control of the church according to scripture, even beating the evil slave which I think is over due at this time since they did give his sovereignty to the scarlet beast (UN) and attacked anyone that exposed or mentions it .

by booby inin the february watchtower a word search to the pdf found only two references to "faithful and discreet slave" and zero yes zero to governing body.. not sayin much effort is required to find lottsa goofy stuff, but just surprised.
they must be reading and diseminating this web site..

Yep I do remember those articles about obedience to the tower equal obedience to jehovah since they are his channel of communication . Jesus does however get lost in translation again despite the fact that they know he was given all authority in heaven and earth.

the original word, albeit, can lean either way.
and seems in favor of a pole rather than a cross.

I heard somewhere that the cross was used after the catholic religion got it's start in order to confuse the Tao worshipers into joining the religion . I have to agree that the cross is a very ancient symbol and was used in idolatry in worship to the God osiris I think it was the Ankh that meant eternal life . The new testament is very clear in not using any such type of symbolism . The mosaic law was very clear for the jews not to create any sort of idol .

my point was that there is no longer a high priest and the priestly arrangement does not apply . The jews did have a hard time accepting the belief that gentiles were equal in Gods eyes .I'm not going off topic and discuss the Christian arrangement . The fact is the 2 fold of sheep the WTBTS claims are the GC and LF is misused even though I do believe there are 2 groups .

They are too stupid to recognize their error as usual. The first church had to make clear that gentiles and jew were equal since the jews were still clinging to genealogy and ancestry which entitled them to worship God in a way that nobody else could with privilege and a hierarchy that would now be invalid . The jews actually did hate the gentiles because of enmity and of course now had to accept them on equal terms .

I think the bible refers to the whole world as Sodom and Egypt in the respect of it's immorality and defiance to God . I'm sticking with modern day Rome since everyday the US and Briton are continuing to manipulate the entire world and control all aspects of commerce and resources .
