My heart skipped a couple of beats when I read through the program and realized I will be out enjoying life (i.e. riding my bike, swimming, fishing)instead of sitting on my ass for days listening to that mindless crap and eating bagged lunches and starchy dinners. When exactly did the Bible Students fixate on the Jehovah name?
by james_woods ini thought i would start a thread on this in conjunction with the other one on the pronunciation and use of the "jehovah" name.. my premise is that the very early russellites, while being aware of the "jehovah" name, were not obsessed by it as are modern jws.. could some student of jw history again enlighten us (for the record) of how and when this "jehovah fixation" occurred in this religion?.

i stumbled across this site purely by accident...seriously i was looking at arkham city walkthoughs and a few jumps later i end up here.
i though it was a legit society page at first and thought 'what the hell, this will be good for a laugh', but after reading a few posts well...i couldnt stop reading.
