  here we go again... let's study... news report... comment.... who is gog of magog mentioned in the book of ezekiel?.

  for a number of years, our publications have explained that gog of magog is the name given to satan the devil after his ouster from heaven.

  this explanation was based on the fact that the book of revelation identifies satan the devil as the leader of the worldwide attack on gods people.

  I have been divorced for nine years after a horrible 20 year marriage in JWdom. My husband was the epitome of a male chauvinist pig. I have had some nice dating experiences and have met some wonderful men, but the thought of committing again has me running in the opposite direction anytime I get close. I do get lonely, especially around my happily married friends, but not enough to chance it again.

  i live in relatively small seaside community (regional population around 45,000).

  in my ten years here, i've had witnesses call on me perhaps twice (not special visits but during door-to-door).

  whereas they once canvassed door-to-door much more frequently - and in larger size service groups - there is quite a decline in their door-knocking - at least in this region.. with the advent of the "trolley" work, their visibility has increased - but i'd estimate only marginally.

  WTF??? When I think of all the years I spent in full time service trudging through huge snow dirifts and below zero weather in northern WI, literally going hungry many times, begging Jehovah to help me reach honest hearted ones, wanting desperately to reach people before the great tribulation started.......What was it all about?
