Yes, definitely. Each of us has his own 'BECAUSE', function of time and space.

Not what but why you believe.
by Anti-Christ injehovah's witnesses believe many things that are different then most christian religions.
i remember going door to door and people asking me all kinds of questions regarding my faith, they wanted to know what i believed.
what someone believes is important but what is even more important is why you believe.

I think that the point is that 'we decide' which things we won't believe and which not. Not necessary is a conscious response. Rather than, this is unconscious, in the sense of a decision made in function of runaway factors as previous experience, lifestyle etc. Not necessarily what we believe is the truth, . . . we would it is . . . but most important is what our mind consider predominant(what it consider better for us): reason or feeling ... So, if the feeling is the driving force, there are no reasons to demonstrate the opposite.

Which is worse, Adam's sin, or God's reaction to his sin?
by Dirty Rat inwhen you look at all the pain and suffering in this world, and then wonder why god decided that mankind should pay for one man's sin, with interest on top of that, it's revolting.. no way can the added pain and suffering of billions of people equal the fault that adam did.. .
ps: this is jh .

This is my first post here. I'm italian, and I'm sorry for my little English. If everything is gone as Genesis recounts, and in case of we have to read literally that story . . . I thing that, what is worse, is absolutely God's reaction. There are many reason why I believe that. In the entire question there was the Devil's influence. Something different from mankind was involved. If Adam was taking the decision for itself, without a spiritual creature's influence, then all things could have a different reading key. But in some way, becouse God has permitted to the Devil to have an influence in human decision, that has caused an displacement in human liability.
