  sister disfellowshipped between ages of 17-24yrs old.

  i lost track of her between this time as she was in another congregation.

  i eventually moved permanently to her cong.

  I am glad you are still with us onacruse.
  I just met you in the chat room last night and you mentioned that you lived in Portland for many years.
  I told you that i want to move there.
  You were so kind and told me to e-mail you.
  All day long i was thinking...I wish I knew someone who lives in Portland..it would make the move so much more easier.
  Do you realise , im just one life you have touched (just think of all the other ones you have touched)

  Stupid parent tricks

  as a child when i would cry (a big no no in our family).

  my dad would say" if you keep crying i will give you a reason to cry".

  if we spoke at the dinner table, he would reach across the table (did'nt matter how far away you were..his arm seem to grow) he would thump our heads as hard as he could(leaving a bruise).

  Dakota..you are a true survivor..Your childhood and then veitnam...how I would love to sit down and talk to you about your experiences in the war(both wars)
  I have read alot of your post, I can see why your daughters are proud of you ...you seem like the nicest guy on this board.

  Juat a thought

  i design and create t shirts ( at the moment for breastfeeding support and cloth nappy wearing support - slightly o/t ) and on the line of bumper stickers, wondered if it was worth considering t shirts with similar slogans for support for ex jw etc.

  what do people think as to whether it would be a viable idea.

  the t shirts could have unique designs for support groups or ones for individuals to wear and they work out at about 10 each incl of p+p in uk (probably not a lot more to ship to the usa by surface mail).

  I like the tee-shirt in the picture...but i think in small letters below...whe should have the dictionary definition of what it means...tooo many JW don't know the real meaning of it.

  Wow!A whole new beginning. I went through a similar situation about 5 years ago...and it is scarey at first.
  One day I was driving home and it dawned on me...I can do it alone and i am doing it alone!!
  It felt soooo good!! I felt so strong.
  You have already done the hard part (finding a place and getting the new job)
  You go girl!!Don't ever let anyone tell you , you can't do anything.
