  Why did the partakers increase for 2006??

  the may 1st 2007 watchtower magazine says that anyone can partake.

  the witnesses did not know of that upcoming doctrine change so why did the partaker numbers increase in 2006?.

  was there any boe letters that stated that everyone who partakes should be counted??

  tracts at the gas station pump

  on my lunch break i went to get some gas before i went to pickup a sub at subway.

  i noticed that there were some tracts (in spanish) in the credit card application holding slot and just had to throw them away.

  i felt sooooo good doing it too.. has anyone ever thrown away wts tracts or magazines that you've seen in a public place???.

  I try not to throw away mags in case they contain jests which could become a collectors item

  Was there any BOE letters that stated that everyone who partakes should be counted?? Was there any directives from COs?. There is no damn way that this sudden increase was of a divine nature. So anyone got the inside scoop?

  $175 Tax on Every Cow ("Fart Tax")

  the news stories are reporting that the epa has proposed a tax on cows and other farm animals.

  the tax is $175/cow (amounts for other animals are lower).

  the reason is methane gas, a greenhouse gs.. the price of beef and dairy is expected to rise dramatically.

  What a bunch of idiots!!

  Do they put meters up cows asses to measure how much gas they make???. The EPA is nuts - cars and truck put more than a trillion times more Co2 and CH4 into the air than a cows ass ever will.

  The real reason for this is because income tax receipts are way down. They'll tax any asshole out there to get their money

  i hear that many congos are loosing all their young dubs and now only very old dubs are left.

  it seems the jws religion is dying out because there are no youngins to replace the aging ms/elder/cos .

  the young dubs are very internet savy and would rather play warcraft than go out in the field circus.. i remember a wt study article a couple of years ago that was entitled" when a young person rebels" or something like that - anyone know that mag?.

  Also there was a recent congregation bible study? that said that JWs get spiritual protection from satan.

  I'm trying to find that quote- Ive just spent 10 minutes trying to track that quote down - but Im sure I read that - it was really amazing!!

  the parfakers are going up like crazy after years of being flat lined at 8500 or so.. in a few days from now i'll post my guess for the parfakers.

  then later on this year we can all have fun reviewing this thread.
