Muslim state supported relegion has an advantage over the other religions as far as longevity. This is due to their governments being in large part theocracys.

Will religon eventualy disapear?
by highdose inobviously not in our life time, but i was thinking maybe in a centry from now perhaps?
once the people who were taught creation in school are gone and instead we have people who were taught evoultion instead?
when we have perhaps been able to travel further and deeper into space, will people ask where is god?.

I have seen witnesses die due their stand on blood, I have seen suicides due to feelings of not measuring up.

Just stopping in to say Hi....guess what I have.....

anyway, i named him cash (i love his name), he will be 3 weeks old tomorrow.
i forgot how much work it is to take care of a newborn, but it's all worth it.

by recovering inmy mom just called (she is an active jehovah's witness) she basically has very little to do with me.
however she want's to come and visit me and my wife on christmas day .
she lives in another state and wants spend the night.

Update:
My mom is not comming for xmas day like she requested. She had insisted that we not celebrate any xmas activities if she did come xmas day. My wife (who was never a witness ) said no way. I told my mom she could come any time but she had to respect our beliefs. The good news is she will come the day after xmas.

She want's to visit her non jw sister in another state our house is half way between mom's house and my aunt's house. she wouls only be spending xmas day and night with us. My wife suspects that she wants to stay at our house on xmas because my aunt would never agree to the non celebration of xmas terms.
It is so hard because i miss my mom so much, but the jw control thing really bothers me
