Hi Fisherman, nice that you are at least interested in the Bible and the Revelation book and try to understand this and thanks Godlyman for bringing up this subject.

Fisherman, do you really have evidence that the false religions of the world control the governments? And do you really have evidence that the business world get their wealth from religions? I can't see that. Look at China, I can't see that their communistic party has been governed by religion when they have suppressed religion. I can't see how the car industry or oil industry or the housing industry or the food industry has become rich from religion.

Babylon the Great must be something else. The clue verse in the Bible explaining what is Babylon the Great is Revelation 17:18. It says: 18 And the woman whom you saw means the great city that has a kingdom over the kings of the earth.”

In fact there is a city today that leads the world. In the past it has been other great cities. But today it is New York. There is no other city so influential as New York in our time, much due to the Rockefeller foundation. And the spiritistic Masonic Lodges world leaders belong to.

Phizzy, before you take the side of Wiki, please take an unbiased look. Here in Sweden even the state television showed the documentary about the unjust treatment of Martin Armstrong and it was available on demand at their website for a few months.

Yes, I follow Martin Armstrong's blog. His forecasts are sought by institutions around the globe.

Especially interesting is the fact that his forecasts coincide with Bible prophecy about the end time. His analysis is that the end goal of the globalists (who are in charge of the world) is that UN will really become a one world government. He predicts also a third world war before that. And many other things that coincide with end time prophecies.

Is the WT right that the Lamb's marriage is after Armageddon?

the wt org claims that the lamb's marriage will happen after armageddon, despite the fact that revelation 19 very clearly says that the lamb's marriage happens after the destruction of babylon the great.

and that after the lamb's marriage he with heavenly armies will go to destroy the wicked.. the wt claims that the order of events in revelation 19 is not really in that order referring to psalm 45. but i can't find in psalm 45 any explicit contradiction to revelation 19. .

The WT has failed to explain fundamental doctrines

sadly the wt failed to teach fundamental biblical doctrines.

i did never really understand the doctrine about ransom while i was still in the congregation.. i did not either understand what it really means that "god is love" as stated in the bible.

I did not either understand from the WT what is love. I remember a study article that explained the greek word agape that is love. The WT explanations seemed to make it to be not a feeling, but a principle based goodness. Like love without feeling if that is possible?

waton, yes what you wrote is in deed easy to see, that the covenant about the kingdom is not the same as the new covenant.

In Luke 22:20 Jesus tells about the new covenant and the memorial emblem, the wine symbolizing his blood.

But later that evening after some disputing about who is the greatest among the disciples Jesus spoke to his disciples about a covenant about a kingdom they would join because they had faithfully remained with him all that time. Verse 29.

Yes I agree that the new covenant is about complete forgivness of sins thanks to Jesus' sacrificial death. He sacrificed his blood and flesh and died instead of us. So now we need not to be punished for our sins. It is enough if we repent and believe in Jesus' sacrificial death.

They spoke about handeling future pandemics, what to do about the war in Ukraine and cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and XRP was represented by the company Ripple.

WEF seems to like the crypto currency XRP, but not Bitcoin.

Who is more powerful, the US or the WEF with its head Klaus Schwab?

Henry Kissinger was also there at Davos and he told the others that its time to do concessions to Russia to get an end to this war in Ukraine. Basically let Russia take some more parts of Ukraine.

Now when it looks like WEF is even more powerful than the US, could WEF be the sevenheaded beast in Revelation 13?
