No I have not read Ray Franz's books. I partially begun to read online, but I fear breaking the commandment of abstaining from blood, but I noticed that Ray Franz did not consider this to be important.

Can Christendom be both Babylon the Great and the "net" gathering people for God's Kingdom???
by Kosonen inthe greatest man-book (wt-org.
) on chaper 43 defines what the net symbolizes, when jesus said:47 again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:48 which, when it was filled, they drew up on the beach; and they sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but the bad they cast away.
(matthew 13:47,48) the explanation in the litterature of wt-org is that the net represents all organizations claiming to christian.

Hi there, I'll clarify my standing for you. My wife is still jw and my children go to meetings with them. And I like to read My Book with Biblical Stories to my youngest son. I had carefully avoided any apostate material until I was disfellowshiped as an apostate. The elders said that I could with my ideas start a new religion. But I just wanted help them to have a more accurate knowledge of the truth. All my differing understanding appeared while I was reading the bible and just every time before reading I prayed for God's holy spirit's guidance. It all happened during about 3 years while I was still a jw. Finally I started to speak about it to brothers and sisters and but first I offered GB in a letter my help to clarify them the truth about a whole list of matters. It was about 5 years ago.
I hope everyone would do the same. Just examine the holy scriptures and praying God to guide them constantly and I think we all would be lead to the same understanding of the truth.

The Greatest Man-book (wt-org.) on chaper 43 defines what the net symbolizes, when Jesus said: 47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: 48 which, when it was filled, they drew up on the beach; and they sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but the bad they cast away. (Matthew 13:47,48) The explanation in the litterature of wt-org is that the net represents all organizations claiming to christian. So how then can they at the same time except for WT-organization be the Babylon the Great, the most evil symbol you can find in the Bible? And if all other religious organizations are Babylon the Great, when did they become it? For example when Martin Luther revolted against the Pope, when did Martin Luther become him self a part of Babylon the Great? Or did he ever become that. Thanks to him Europe got freedom to read the Bible.
And I would also like to ask: How could the bishops under Constntine decide what the Bible canon is, if they where at the same time Babylon the Great? Did the Bible come from Babylon the Great? I find the definition of Babylon the Great so untrue by jw-org and other christian organizations. Every one is pointing the finger to something I find very untrue. Does not the situation today resemble the time when John the Baptist, the "Elijah" began to preach repentance and God's kingdom and the coming of Messiah? When he begun to preach there where different sects competing for the audience in Israel and non of them was the chanel of salvation. But they served their role because Jesus said: do all what they teach, but do not according to their deeds. Simmilarly here we have "about 35000 christian organizations" teaching different aspects of the Gospel, even though not near 100% is accurate knowledge. It is like the jewish sects in that time. But until now we have not seen the second coming of Elijah, who would restore all things. So I don't believe christian organizations can be the mystery Babylon the Great. What do you think it rather is? -

Hi unstopableravens,
I'm sorry that I have forced you to wait for replies. But I am often busy. I have not time to sit with the computer much. I would like to witness about the truth more but I can't. Maybe later God will give me more time. And now it is middle of the night here. But you ask my answer to statments that are infavor for the idea that Jesus is God. Well, I would say there are ambiguous statments about almost everything in the Bible and people chose to interprete them as they like.
So, I would say why Tomas said "Oh my God". It's the same as today people say: "Oh my God" without meaning it. And why did John say the the word was god? Well here he exaggerated a little bit, because he loved Jesus so much, wasn't he the apostle that Jesus loved especially much? Remember also that John in Revelation admits his misstake to try to worship an angel. So therefor I understand why John easily could say ambiguous things about Jesus without meaning it, and people would missunderstood that.
Doesn't this well known verse tell you something?: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son...
If you ask a kid according to this verse can God be the Son he gave? He would most propably say no, but God gave his Son.
So according to this verse the Son Jesus is not God. But God sent him. That's the simple truth. The other ambiguous verses are just to trap and to make stumbe a certain kind of people so that they would not understand the truth.
It's the manner of God to handle matters, not to let everyone understand the truth. You have to be like an innocent child. Because Jesus said: Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall in no wise enter therein.

Hello there "friends",
I've been busy, but now I will reply to you.
Leolaia, you mention the Jesus blood story. I have not seen any proof about this, I just heard him speaking about it. So this thing I can not confirm, but I would like to believe if it is true. But on other things he has proofs, I have seen videos confirming the other findings, like the true crossing point of the Read Sea, the real Mount Sinai, the cliff that Moses struck, Elijah cave, the altar on which Aaron placed the golden calf, the true site of Sodom and Gommorra, Josef's arangements for storing grain in Egypt, the true place of Golgotha, the true tomb where Jesus was laid, Noah's ark.
I have seen videos about this, and these videos are of so good quality that there is no doubt that it is true. Have you seen these videos? I think you haven't, otherwise you would believe.
Or you are like the jews that saw Jesus' miracles and anyway did not believe?

And to you requiring that Ron Wyatt needs diplomas from universities before he can say something:
If a child sees the king is naked, he does not need diplomas to be able to convince.

"Because most people have a working bullshit detector, that's my guess. Particularly those who follow established scientific methodology."-Leolaia
So you there defend the stand point of the established religions rejecting Ron Wyatt's archaeological findings? Are you also defending their oppinions about where the Mount Sinai, Christ's tomb etc are truly located?
Do you mean that the estabished religions have scientific proofs for their claims where Christ's tomb, Mount Sinai, Jesus' execution site was contrary to what Ron Wyatt?
And you discrediting Ron Wyatt, come with valid facts showing he is wrong in these matters. Otherwise your words are in no way scientific!

myelaine Michelle hi again,
Now ill try to give a logical explanation to your question:
."...How IS it logical to you that satan is able to thwart Jesus, the apostles, all the people who are indwelt by the Holy Spirit, and the whole plan of God for the church by infiltrating and dislodging the truth by means of "imposters" within a few hundred years...and then THAT church of "imposters" and the message it preached grew and covered the whole earth?...Who do YOU ascribe Almightiness to with your "logic"?
In that way evil has been conquered by evil. Not so bad after all. The pagans where subdued by violent "christians". The pagans lost their religion and where forced to listen to at least some teachings of Christ. And as a result they became more civilized. The end justifies the means could be said. But of course these violent "christians" believers in trinity did not gain Gods approval. But they prepared the field for coming generations.
It's as it was when Jesus said: 37 For in this case the saying is true, ‘One sows and another reaps.’ 38 I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored and you have entered into their labor.” John 4:37,38
And it's like Judas Iskariot, he fullfilled his role, but it was of no benefit for himself. Jesus told that it had been better for him not to have been born, the son of destruction.
And that "imposters" preach Christ does not worry apostle Paul, because he said:
15 Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will:
16 the one do it of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel;
17 but the other proclaim Christ of faction, not sincerely, thinking to raise up affliction for me in my bonds.
18 What then? only that in every way, whether in pretence or in truth, Christ is proclaimed; and therein I rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.
