It would be stange to tell a short period of time and then not to mean it in Revelation 12:12: Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”
Especially strange would that be because of the context. Verse 6 mentions specificly 1260 days.

I can not get it that this long period could equal to the short period that would follow after Satan is thrown to earth. And the generation doctrin does not seem to have anything to do with 1914.

The kind of seekers you mention are maybe not of the right kind. May be they are too demanding just as the Jews who required signs from heaven to put faith in Jesus. But Jesus already had given enough miracles as signs.

I think speaking in parabels is an excellent way of preaching. I have tried to explain truths in very cIear terms but people have shown very little interest. l am amazed. So I have contemplated to start preaching mostly with parabels just as Jesus did. And if some from the audience want to know better then they will come with sincere questions.

And you want to understand what to do now. l suggest you to think about Jesus' example. He new all the false doctrines of the Pharisees and other teachers in the synagoges and at the temple. But he did nothing to it before the appointed time. He just went along. Because any way they where responsible for the teaching of God's law. And people could learn some true things. Once Jesus said: Do all what the Pharisees teach but do not according to their deeds. But he did not mean that in an absolute sense of course. ln the same way we can benefit from the WT even when it is not 100 % true. If you know something that God does not require but GB demands. Just don't burden your self with that.

Nobody listens to me any way. So l am not interested anymore in founding an own religion. And to be objective all other religions are worse than JW. l am more disgusted by them. And it is true that there are fine people within JW. You can just fake to belive every thing or is it not OK to have doubts if you don't disturb the congregation? Then you can enjoy the company of your jw friends and relatives. l know of a brother that does that for long time now. And l think that is the smartest way to deal with the situation. In other words not to be too righteous. But also smart. Even the bible says don't be overmuch righteous.

Your question about Finland. Well l will keep it secret. l want to continue to be active at forums for Jehovah God's sake. To help his people not to stumble and completely lose faith in Him, His word and His promises.

But now l have decided to get back there. l have seen that there are no better alternatives any way. So the best thing l think is to ignore things we don't like. And not to expect perfection in anything. And l really mean anything. The problem we have is that we have heard that we live in a spiritual paradise, we are in the truth we are the true religion we will be happy it we do all what the GB says because it is as if Jehovah spoke himself.
And when we realize that it is not exactly like that we feel hurt, decieved, angry. The words does not match the reality. And we are ready to throw it all in to a garbage bin. But is that wise? Take un illustration: You buy the best available car in the world. But the salesman promises you twice as much when you buy it. And after you bought it you discover that the car was not that good as you were promised. But it is still the best car in the world. Would not you keep the car till a better care appears?
That's why l want to get reinstated. l have not found any thing better for 5 years. So l just have to be content or l will lose even more.
