  MY BROTHER-IN-LAW HAS DIED

  this is one post i had always hoped i would never have to do, but after a long and brave battle, my beloved brother in law has died.

  i have done a couple of threads on this in the past, so many of you know the battles he was facing.

  he had been diagnosed earlier this year with myelodysplastic syndrome and the mortality rate of this disease is quite high.

  You have not "become a monster", and the very fact that you would even think such a thing shows the extent that the WT indoctrinates its followers... Human nature is to question...

  If there is a God, I have a hard time accepting that he/she/it is as the Bible portrays. This creature is not the personification of goodness, it is petty and unforgiving.

  there's nuthin like a good smiting... whooo hoooo death... destruction... our "loving" father is coming to pay a visit!!!! yayayaya!!! "okay kids, I'm gonna make you all watch your loved ones die a horrible death because they didn't get their time in!"

  What complete and utter rubbish...

  Ye haa!!!! There was an earthquake, people DIED, our "loving" father is SO great!!! How awesome is THAT?! He showed us he's coming to pay a visit by killing random people!!!! This is SO exciting!

  Why Do people think they need A GOD to be good people?

  i decided after much study and soul searching that i dont believe in god.

  ive noticed recently (not on the forum but others) some people seem to think that if i dont believe in a god that im obviously morally bankrupt.

  i dont feel this way as i give a portion of my income to charity and i have never set out to harm anyone else.

  So if I do what the BIBLE says and go out and kill a homosexual then I'm good, but if I abort an embryo that is just a multi-celled organism incapable of independent life, I'm bad. Perry, based on anything you've ever said, I think you're a bigoted ass. And since I'm anostic, you can just classify my behavior as unchristianlike, and showing a lack of morality.

  does anybody know how many annointed are left alive??

  our friend who was one of the annointed has died, i cried so much but then i was excited knowing shes in heaven meeting apostle paul, peter and brother knorr etc....wow how great is that :).

  unsure how many are left though :((.

  Bear with me... am not an "insider"... Anyone can say they are anointed? So if Ted Bundy had been a JW, and proclaimed himself anointed, if he asked for forgiveness, could he have still been anointed and live in heaven?

  So following your logic AE, the person can be a complete pratt, doing horrible things etc., but because they are "annointed" they get a free ticket to heaven? I don't understand...
