  Your arrogance is astounding. The difference between my 'insulting' posts and your insulting emails is that mine are posted, on topic on a discussion Board, and yours were sent unsolicited and repeatedly via private mail.

  Sorry HS....didn't mean to get to you. Seems you can dish it out but can't take it.

  You did not 'get to me'. Again, you seem to be living under some miscomprehension regarding your own abilities. I am just puzzled as to why you should send me an insulting email, then announce to the Board that you were leaving. It made little sense,...as did the content of your mail. Please bear in mind that any 'dishing out' that I do, I do publicly, where my comments can be diced and fried. I can take it, but I never send unsolicited and insulting emails to posters and then announce my departure from the Board. This behavior is to say the least, rather strange.

  You are a special phenomenon....I'll try to treat you more gently in the future.

  I am me. Honest, forthright, consistent, and unintimidated. I have never asked for gentle treatment in six years on this Board, and do not expect it, certainly not from yourself. I do insist on rationality however, if that is a person is capable of it.

  I sympathize with Wings, if what you say is true, I had no idea that they had suffered such tragedies.

  However, this does not change the fact that the person who goes by the name of 'Wings' sent me an unsolicited, and insulting email. Why should 'clues' be neccessary? If you have something to say, say it, and take responsibility for your words.

  What have you done HS lately...for others here?...

  Impertinent though this question is, and not that it is either any of your business, or indeed even relevant, I would put on public record that I have done far more than you could possibly imagine. Some of us do not wear our heart on our sleeves, or foul the Board with posts designed to make us look as if we are worthy just for the sakes of some exercise in mental masturbation, we tend to work out of sight of public emotion, or adulation. A foreign concept to those still reeling from WTS blues, but nevertheless, a fact.

  That having been said, I presume that given your desire to know others good works, you are now going to let us know exactly what your own are Ooompa. I recall reading something about drugs, drink, teenagers and young girls. Is this what you mean?

  As far as prices are concerned their crap won't be cheap for long.

  Exactly. China is paying as much as the West for oil. The Chinese workers are thankfully, and at last, demanding Trade Unions to protect the interests of those who do the manufacturing. Their global customers are demanding better quality goods. Their expansion is meteoric, but highly expensive.

  All this spells price increases and loss of some of their market share to other emerging markets, who ironically will make an exact, but cheaper copy of what China has done to the West where its manufacturing is concerned. ;)

  so it should suffice to say, that we will all have a variety of takes on various issues that come up on the board.

  I assume this is your passive agressive way, one that you have perfected, of continuing the thread in which I called you out over this whole issue as to whether this was designed as a discussion board, or a 'support Board'. Of course you know my feelings on this one, as I always speak straight and do not attempt to slide around issues as you tend to.

  You make this point:

  Everyone here has different subjects that interest them, politics, religion, human relations, dealing with ex-Jehovah's Witnesses issues, camping, travel, Bigfoot, entertainment, many other topics. And that is what makes it so interesting - the diversity ! And we have the mods here to make sure those discussions go forward in a way that freedom of thought is carried out in a way that respects others according to the posting guidelines of JWD.

  It does not seem to enter your head that you are actually supporting my own views. Think about it Flipper, what you have noted above are all topics for discussion. As I have noted, this Board is a perfect vehicle for imparting information, and resolving discussion and debate. It is NO substitute for professional support, and if you think it is, you are deluding yourself.

  You need read no further than your buddy JK666's post today to see just how flawed your logic is. You should be publicly urging him to get professional help rather than {{{{{{{{cuddling}}}}}}} him and empowering his self-destructive behavior. We see this pattern repeated. Richie being another example of a person {{{{{{cuddled}}}}}} online and encouraged into making some pretty dire choices in life.

  Perhaps as an elder you thought yourself 'trained' for 'every good work', but believe me, that is one helluva fantasy to be carrying over into a post WTS life.
