This was a special lecture given by Fred Franz on the 6,000 year chronology that pointed to the year 1975 as a special year marked in Bible prophecy.
At 50:50 minutes, Franz explains that the expected events for 1975 would be delayed by the "interval of time" between Adam and Eve's creation as the start of the "Seventh Creative Day" did not begin until after Eve was created.
The lecture was attended by leaders ("servant bodies") of local congregations in the Los Angeles area and was tied to by wire to another site in Oakland, California.

Well, originally Mr. Akashi wrote that letter to the president in English.
Therefore, the president read that letter in English.
And he mailed the copies of that letter to JWs (the representatives of branches) who are in 70 nations.

Therefore, I think that the WTS should open to the public that letter/information.
But, the WTS hid the contents of that letter from the followers, then, blamed Mr. Akashi.

Probably, when ex-JWs read his letter, they will notice that he was more honest than the WTS.

Well, concretely, "compromise" which he pointed out in No.6 is the material of "The MESSENGER, August 7, 1946. p.3"
Probably, Mr. Akashi judged this photo (big national flag) to be "compromise."

Regarding Acts 15 and a "Governing Body"

i couldn't find a window on which to post in xtreemlyconfused17's acts 15 thread, so i'm responding here.

some elder claimed that acts 15 shows the existence of a first century governing body.. quite the opposite!.

The Japan branch sometimes makes a "coined word."

Well, people say that there are many mistranslations by the Japan branch recently.
This is an interesting phenomenon.

Maybe, the Japan branch is authoritarianism more than the GB.
With regard to the English word "should", they always translate into an injunctive meaning.

In Japanese, a "Governing Body" merely means a "Riji-kai" (a "governing board", or "the board of directors" / "the top-level executives").

I conjecture that that word (GB) is probably such a meaning even in English.

What she is doing takes a lot of practice and skill.

Yes, certainly.

And, that cat does not fall to the ground because she is moving slowly.
In other words, she is moving so that the cat may not fall.

I take yoga class. My instructor is wonderful! And she is very well porportioned for bending. She makes art with her body.

Although I have not done yoga, I have said about yoga in this forum several times.
That is, the meditation/Mantra of "SoHam" (Meaning: "I am He", or "I am the Divine")

Probably, this is why the WTS opposes to yoga, IMO.
It is because the "God's channel" (Governing body) is unnecessary for the person who practices yoga.

It is wonderful that you take yoga class.
Probably, God would express divine beauty through you.
