  I love animals and it will be my first cat. Her name is Java. She's black with a white dot on her neck and very cuddly, like me. She's homeless and 5 months and it feels good to help her.

  What is my legacy?

  as i was cleaning my house last night, i was boxing up all my jw literature i still had out in the open...and i was surprised how there was so much!!

  i still had the videos in plain view, my bookshelf in my computer room was full over old kms/watchtower & awakes/bibles, and found my old mtg and service bags still full of literature too!.

  so i throw the majority of it out, box up the rest, and then when i'm done and relaxing, i start thinking about what my legacy will be.

  someone who still feels guilty about leaving the witnesses?

  i understand the guilt is something that is built in, inculcated so that no one even considers offending "god".

  but how can you break someone free from that hold?

  I think it's impossible to reason and talk anyone out of this brainwashing cult (I think we've all tried), they have to come to the conclusion themselves somehow...let's just hope they will...
