In my own experience, it seems that, for all of the talk about conforming to a higher set of principles, the Witnesses are still self-centered and, in many cases, mean-spirited. It all just takes a different shape; they appear to be loving and kind because they're always TALKING about it, but they aren't much better than most people who don't try to make these claims.

There is always some telltale word or phrase in an article like this that tells me that it was a non-believer, or somebody who doesn't quite "get it" who wrote the article. This writer knows the religion and articulates accurately.
