Goodbye For Now, Friends

i've been doing quite a bit of thinking, praying, and meditating as of late and i've decided to take my leave from this forum for the time being to focus on more positive and spiritual pursuits.i'm sure i'll check in now and again for tidbits and to say hi... in the meantime, y'all have been a great help on my journey to something or other.

Anyone catch the history channel this morning on Egyptian Hieroglyphs and Doomsday?

they started talking about archeologists in the last 1800's that believed that the pyramids were a key to the future by measuring the passageways of the great pyramid of giza - this method is called the "pyramid inch".

anyways, they supposedly could foretell 1914, 2001 (9/11), etc.. as soon as they mentioned 1914 it caught my attention.

after all, is this not how the wts originally came up with the year 1914????

And, Osiris is often depicted as a green or blue colored human. So...green=reptilian? or blue for "blue-blood"? Could it be that the true "blue bloods" are those who have discovered the sacred secret and have resurrected to hundreds of years living on the earth?

aqwsed, what you have posted above is a very powerful quote. However, it is misrepresented as being the "second death".

What your quote is actually describing is what is known as "blaspheming the Holy Spirit". That is an unpardonable sin because it is unretractable as it is committed with full spiritual awareness between right and wrong. The blasphemy is the conscious decision to continue to profit by deceit and lies and turning ones back to truth, integrity, and righteousness --deliberately and with full knowledge.

The Holy Spirit is simply the "spirit of truth". It is not a being or an entity; it is part of ones conscious and spiritual make-up. This is why it is said to be "in-dwelling" in a person. The manifestation of the Holy Spirit is evident in one's character, also referred to as "fruits of the spirit".

i suspect jws have always taken that phrase to mean that all the methodists and baptists and other pagans will all be gone with the wind when jehovah gets done destroying everyone but them.

everyone who is not a jw will be gone.

but what if that is not what it really means?.

Even the Mormons have a vault underground in the side of a mountain with steel doors that weigh tons....almost like Fort Knox. Don't you suppose that the WT rulers will need a place to hide out one day soon?

These are the ones who will be crying for the "rocks to fall on them to hide them". (The "rocks" being mountains and caves...and underground bunkers.)

In the same way that many of you feel that you were trapped by circumstances in this religion by being a "born in" likewise many other people experience the same feelings whether it is a religion or a political system. I think it is our mission in this world to become aware of the falsehoods that we are brought into by birth because it develops our conscience. Many of the things we are taught to do through religious dictates, or culture, customs and traditions, we may eventually find to be conflicting with our "gut feelings" or intuition. When we recognize these conflicts we begin to develop our "spiritual awareness". The choices we make at this point will determine whether we conquer by asserting our true spiritual nature and moral values or whether we acquiesce to the lies and deception of the system we are born into. There is always an allegiance at stake.

The first death is spiritual death and we are all born into it. For those who overcome, the second death has no power. The second death is the physical death. If Jesus literally exemplified this concept through resurrection three days after death, then could it be possible that there are some people on this earth who are hundreds of years old?

Of course, if this were true, I would imagine that these would be "gathered together" as they would really be no part of our world and no part of our societies. Perhaps they have a slight interlude with us occassionally and perhaps this is why the scriptures say that some of us have "entertained angels unaware." Angels are just 'messengers': they are 'heavenly' because they have allegiance to the Creator and the 'heavenly government' of righteousness. Even in the old testament there are scriptures that imply that those who turn from evil and align themselves with doing what is righteous and truthful, that they will have the years restored to them that the cankerworm had eaten. Resurrection could be older than Jesus.

how irrational the society could be was experienced by the sister-in-law of ex-bethelite william (bill) cetnar when .... at the suggestion of her veterinarian, she had a blood transfusion given to her poodle to prolong its life.

she couldn't believe bill [cetnar]when he told her that the society would say she had violated god's law.

at his urging she wrote the society on the matter and the response she received informed her that she had done wrong.

That is a metaphor and is practiced by most humans as well. That's why it's called a "dog-eat-dog" world and it is referring to the behavior of humans. People treat each other like commerce and that is very much like living off the blood of others.
