Unexpected JW reaction

this jw took it right in stride and said "yes, that's the way it was done when the nazi's started.

When I was 5 my dad told me that if the concentration camp commander put a gun to my head and told my father he had to choose between worshipping Jehovah and my life, then he would have to let them shoot me!
If he had lived a few years back, I suppose he would have sacrified you to Molech without thinking twice. Molech liked the flesh of young children. Bet you would have grown up a well behaved bedwetting child if you were threatened with being eaten by Molech all the time! These gods have always been a mindf*** haven't they? jehovah-jihad is no different.
This is why I believe these "gods" were the evil angels that fell. They have done nothing but manipulate with fear and terror. They have brought hell to earth.
I don't believe Jesus is any relation to this jehovah god. I think the Hebrews made a pact with these angel-gods (the rainbow covenant has nothing to do with the rainbow you see after a rain. "Rainbow" describes the aura of these wicked angels) These angel gods dictated rules and even the slightest infraction (i.e. the "look of lust becomes the act of adultry") then a sacrifice is required. Laws assured them of being fed and the priests made a good living out of it, too.
The "new covenant" Jesus offered was for them to come clean about what they were doing. That's why he was sent only to the Jews. I think he was the closest communication we have had with our creators. Why does "god" not hear you or stop the madness? There's a war on in heaven---still. They can't get back to us. But I do believe they will rescue all of us from this tragic living very soon.
This nazi--paradise mind yo-yo sounds like it's based on the Stockholm syndrome. (emotional mind manipulation) I guess after awhile, paradise is not enough enough to compensate for the reality of mental anguish.
CD, I am really sorry that your parents didn't love you like they should. I hope you escaped in time not to pass it on to your children.

I believe that in one book from many years ago, it even said that those in Priestly garb will be arrested, etc.
Since the priests and pharisees will actually be working with them in establishing the nwo....could this mean that those in priestly garbs are the "ones whose robes are washed"? Could it mean that the Bride of Christ is killed first?

this is one of the few times you have said something that is not funny.
You all are going to make me cry.
It's bad enough to face the day if it ever does come.... but this is child abuse. It is worse than being beaten or starved. Physical bruises can heal. But mental crap like this is forever. It shapes your life, your outlook, and your relationships.
The only way I can even remotely identify with this concept would be my memories back during the cuban missle crisis. We were told we might be separated from our families, because we didn't know when it would happen. We all had to wear dog tags and we had drills at school with the loud blaring siren. Our school was right beside a RR track and one day we had a drill where we had to line up further away from the playground than we had before. Then the train came and I started crying. I thought this was "it." We did not get on the train. It was a timing drill I guess for how long it would take for assembly and for train to get to us. But, when it finally ended--it ended! and it was all forgotton. It was not like having to live with it hanging over your head all the time, for years-- like you probably did.
Quandry, since we all know Jws don't have the truth...if this jehovah-jihad comes about....who will they really be coming for?

Euthanasia - the "mercy killing" of people "not worth living" became a murderous program in Nazi Germany. This campaign is believed to have resulted in the killing of approximately 200,000 people. Evidence from the Nuremburg trials estimated that even 275,000 people were murdered.
According to the decree from 18 August 1939, the Nazis enacted the obligatory registration of all births of physically and mentally handicapped children. These children up to three years had to be reported to the public health offices. The selected children were sent to several mental homes where they were killed by lethal drugs or withdrawal of food.
Up to 8,000 children lost their lives in course of this "children euthanasia". On the basis of Hitler's order from October 1939 the program was extended on adults . This order was backdated on 1 September 1939, day of the German attack on Poland. The beginning of WW2 diverted the population from the euthanasia programme. The Nazis could get rid of "useless eaters" to save money and personnel, and get more free beds in hospitals.
Already in 1924/25Hitler wrote "if there is no more power to fight for their own health, the right to live comes to an end." (Hitler, Adolf. Mein Kampf, p.282). The benefit of eliminating approximately 70,000 handicapped persons was mentioned by Hitler on the NSDAP party conference in 1929.
Doctors and medical assistants applied to assist with this programme. The volunteers were attracted by a salary which was comparable with the salary of a mayor governing a town of 20,000 residents!
The T4 victims were murdered in gas chambers , disguised as shower baths, by means of carbon monoxide, emitted from gas cylinders.
Relatives of the victims were told that they had died as a result of illnesses such as heart failure etc. Finally the relatives got an urn from an euthanasia centre, filled with mixed ashes from different victims.

It is a domino effect; take a look at some forign newspapers and see what has just happened in Belgium and the UK. China is on the verge of marketing a new currency according to the gold standard. If so, they economic power will tip in that direction. However, there is still a possibility that the US will skip the Amero and go directly to a single global currency with all other nations as a direct aftermath of this problem.
You can see it in the way America's dominion has slipped away in its own backyard, with Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez taunting and ridiculing the superpower with impunity.
And are you aware that Russian ships are in port in S.A. to show a unity of Venezuela/Russia in case usa decides to pull some power trip to get oil?
Despite incessantly urging other countries to adopt its way of doing business, America has always had one economic policy for itself and another for the rest of the world. Throughout the years in which the US was punishing countries that departed from fiscal prudence, it was borrowing on a colossal scale to finance tax cuts and fund its over-stretched military commitments. Now, with federal finances critically dependent on continuing large inflows of foreign capital, it will be the countries that spurned the American model of capitalism that will shape America's economic future.
This would explain the attitude in scripture where the other countries stand afar and say "too bad". Seems they don't rush in to help; they just sorta click their tongues, shake their heads, and go on their way without her.

An enfeebled economy cannot support America's over-extended military commitments for much longer. Retrenchment is inevitable and it is unlikely to be gradual or well planned.
How convenient that America's military is over extended. All forces are out of the country. Hundreds of thousands of UN military troops are housed at America's military bases right now. They will have no second thoughts about seizing Americans and taking them to the camps. Yes, the American soldiers are all away. How convenient. They have left the fox to guard the henhouse.
Meltdowns on the scale we are seeing are not slow-motion events. They are swift and chaotic, with rapidly spreading side-effects.
I think that's why it says "in one hour the destruction will come."
Outside the US, most people have long accepted that the development of new economies that goes with globalisation will undermine America's central position in the world.
This has all been planned. It's just a matter of creating this chaos so the plan can be put into enforcement.
. A new world is coming into being almost unnoticed, where America is only one of several great powers, facing an uncertain future it can no longer shape.
It's called the New World Order. Where have you been?

This is just damn awful to hear.
For a group that preaches there is no hell and no heaven, it seems they drug you to one or the other every week. Your lessons or readings or whatever you call them...just seem so very extreme.
On another thread I had asked how does jehovah kill every body off? And they say they were influenced most by the pics in the mags...like fireballs or cracks opening up in the earth and "taking" the bad ones.
So how do these stories go from realistic WWII scenes to scifi mysterious...everybody suddenly gets zapped "it won't hurt"???
It's a miracle any of you can function; I would be a neurotic nutcase if I had grown up with this torment and mindgames.
Man is the one that dominates to mans injury. If NWO is the paradise they are referring to, I think there will be a lot of killing because there are rumblings of it already.
I just can't get over the extremes of the mind games here. Paradise one week--nazi torture the next week. This is just too much for me to comprehend. How in the hell did you ever have any peace or joy in between?

I talked to a JW I know and got an unexpected reaction.
I mentioned some of the "conspiracy theory" stuff I have heard...about one taken, one left behind ...and what I have heard about people will be picked up in the middle of the night and taken away to "places".
This JW took it right in stride and said "yes, that's the way it was done when the Nazi's started. Many Jws were killed then...blah blah". Then this staunch JW says "I hope they shoot me. I don't want to be gassed." I had not said anything about gas chambers, although I have heard much rumor about the "leggo blocks" and more.
I was quite taken aback. Because this person is a born-in-never-miss-a-meeting kind of person. I had thought for some reason, maybe from what I have heard you all say on the board here, that Jws thought they would all survive and be the only ones.
This person said they have been told that many of them will be killed.
So can someone explain to me.....are the Jws being told 'prepare to die' or what exactly? I think I liked it better when they at least had happy thoughts of their illusion of paradise.

Neighbourhood and Community
The words ‘neighbour’, ‘neighbourhood’ and ‘community’ express very important qualities about the currencies. In essence, they enable expression of the best qualities of old village life including co-operation, direct and indirect barter, and concentration on what is practical and necessary. To work effectively, the schemes require a degree of trust and, if not that, knowledge as to whether somebody is, or is not, trustworthy. Participation in a scheme can reinvigorate those who have forgotten what they had hoped their lives would be about. Perhaps best of all, the currencies enable anyone to make use of what they can offer to other people. Someone in a depressed mood might think that she or he had nothing to offer but participation in a scheme soon lifts spirits and reveals that what we have to offer is really only limited by the extent of our imaginations. The currencies also have subtler, but no less important, benefits. When we buy something in a shop at present, we offer cash and get the item in exchange and that is the end of the matter. The currencies, however, encourage continuing interactions between people who would not otherwise be in contact. By strengthening social relationships they are bringing back the networks which can bring help just as much as they can contribute to reducing crime. Community breakdown has happened in most societies today: the currencies are a way of reversing the trend. Local Exchange Trading System (LETS) LETS is the most common complementary currency. Invented byMichael Linton and David Weston in British Colombia , Canada, there is a central computer and each participant’s account starts with a zero balance. The participant then agrees to buy something, be it a good or a service, or sell something in exchange for ‘green dollars’. Payment can be all in ‘green dollars’ or partly in ‘green dollars’ and partly in normal cash. The thing to notice is that the ‘green dollars’ are not scarce – as soon as two participants agree to trade, the ‘green dollars’ are available. Moreover, all participants can easily discover the level of their balances and those of other participants. In 1999, there were about 450 LETS schemes in the UK.. This is the oldest continuously existing complementary currency, started in 1934. Today the scheme has 80,000 members and operates in four languages. A member either sells goods or services to another member or obtains credit from the central administration. So WIR is a hybrid of mutual credit(whenever trading occurs between members) and fiat currency(whenever a loan is made from the central administration). The loans have a very low interest rate and often collateral (security) is required to ensure repayment.Apparent weaknesses of the currencies
The currencies have three apparent weaknesses:–
• They cannot be used to pay government taxes.
• They are local, not national.
• They are not easily converted into food or other daily basic needs.However, such is the originality being shown, that the distinction between a complementary currency and a conventional one is being blurred. Thus in some areas restaurants, cinemas etc. are encouraging use of their spare capacity at quiet periods by accepting complementary currencies for, say, 50% of the usual price. Nevertheless, there remain the two big hurdles for complementary currencies to overcome – legitimacy as payment for government taxes; and national-wide, rather than only local, acceptance.To which should be added the problem that the currencies require some form of central administration. At present, volunteers do the work. Global Justice , however, proposes secure incomes throughout the population and such incomes will, in practice, provide a solution to the central administration problem by ensuring that the volunteers have income. Those things said, the burgeoning number of complementary currencies demonstrates that they fulfil deep economic and social needs. Frustration from unemployment, poverty, social exclusion or loneliness is too often the lot of many but it can be overcome, or at least mitigated, through use of the currencies.
The need for informed and courageous people
It should be remembered, however that the currencies are complementary and that, in the search for a democratic means of pursuing the national and international issues of Global Justice, informed and courageous people will be needed. It is likely that a good source for them will be the participants in the currencies. The currencies remind us that we need to create an economy of service rather than a self-service economy, which is what is currently exhausting us all. Indeed our human economy needs reference to the eternal principles that uphold the universe. Often the principles are personalised and named God. By God is meant the influence whose energy pervades everything and everyone with the life energy itself, effective but not coercive. There is no place where God is not: God is in everything; in every cell of our bodies; in every atom of the universe. Thus the essential nature of everything is divine and we are all part of the same divine essence. Over time, in the Global Justice economy, interest-free money will come to replace interest-bearing money and not be in addition to it. Since it is replacing, it cannot be inflationary. ------------ I wonder if "mandatory volunteerism" will play a part in this, too?
