My younger sister was raped at the age of 13 and an elder accompanied my father and me to where my sister was staying at the time. the elder helped my parents "see" that my sister should NOT be allowed to even take the morning after pill because that would be like having an abortion. And then she was reproved.

my dad would've been less angry cuz my mom would've told the lady who studied with her to put the bible where the sun dont shine. I would've played sports, gotten into college on a volleyball scholorship, married a hot guy and had 2.5 adorable kids. instead, i waited tables for ten years before finding a career i love. married a hoTT guy. and our two kids are dogs.....one who eats garbage and one who eats people. I'm only a little annoyed about the 'not being allowed to play volleyball' thing, but all in all life turns out exactly the way it needs to

I'm making an anniversary gift & it makes me sad
by homeschool init's my sister's 10th anniversary this friday, and i got all gung ho with making a cd with baby pics through wedding day for both she and her husband.
but as i was getting finished making it, a flood of memories came back as to how i was not only not in my big sister's wedding, but i was barely even invited because i was having jw doubts at the time.
grrrrrrr, kinda left me in a sad mood..... i get so angry at the borg for making both my sisters exclude me from their weddings .

stAnn....my sis and I are on good terms now. we play racketball together and workout together but we cant talk religion because she accuses me of just trying to prove them wrong (duh, hehe). Maybe one day I will tell her how my feelings are hurt...I never really thought to do that. I know what she will say (that it was ME who chose to leave Jehovah, so I chose my own actions....and then I will make her say the SHE chose her own actions against me as well). Thanks for the comments. I'm feeling better today :-)
