This is ecellent information to have since the beginning of the WTS hidding this crime against little ones. Thanks for keeping this chronology of events so vivid in your mind and I am sure tangible records for our benefit. by awildflower inso a good friend of mine e-maild me today with this information.
aparently brother hurd says as of 2010 all the magazine printing and distribution will be moved to canada.
the only printing the us will do is the books.

It is factual that the only one who cares if anyone is here is the WTS. no one else should keep you from being here if you still happen to attend meetings, are on the fence or don't attend anymore. No one should be a critic and intimidate by stating you are "debunking your profession" by your presence here. After all this is called a JW forum a forum folks a platform for ideas, beliefs, expectations, gripes all having the same opportunity. Don't turn around and discriminate like the WTS does and prohibit other people's right to think. If you really want to be anti WTS then you should be friendly not hostile JWs are already beaten up alot and forced to keep their thoughts to themselves or get DFd let's not do the same in this forum. Did we not learn?

The spirit of the thread is for information and for posting personal point of view. I think that All time Jeff likes to take ownership of threads and hover like a hound dog and attack others. Don't listen to him he is the one that is "engaging in passive agressive sabatoge" by telling others how to think. His way of dominating threads is so like the WTS by acting like it is doing good but really harming everyone's ability to think for and by themselves. No one should be bullied into stating a belief, hello, those that do the bullying have the WTS credo so stamped in their brain that they don't even realize how much they still are offspring. The manipulation of threads and posting is a symptom, Spike can post whatever he likes, of course according to the posting guidelines.

by flipper inhello ex-elders, onthe wayout, snakes, and wilyloman, just to refresh about a month ago i told you all that the appeal committee had overturned the disfellowshipping decision by the original jc as the appeal committee got a hold of me by phone and told me the society gave them direction in this.
i have since explained the situation to my witness mom and dad, 80 &82, they are good with it.
i am taking copies of the counsel you ex elders gave to me to be careful about what i say at this "alleged encouragement" meeting and promise you this, i'll watch my words carefully when they ask me questions.

Flipper, well we gotta do what we must do and support those that have not been so fortunate. In this world there is so much to deal with and the ultimate sacrifice is having a good relationship with your family and sometimes that comes at a price but I know there is a God that watches everything and is more loving and merciful than we can imagine he will do things right for humanity one of these days. It seems that from your posts I also feel that you are doing your utmost to do what is right and be encouraging to others. You started a great subject and it does people good to open up and let their feelings flow like a cleansing and as difficult as it might be move on with their lives as best they can under the circumstances right?

I suppose that parents think Kingdom Halls are nurseries because after so much attention given to this subject children are still being abused. Parents should take the initiative to know where their kids are at all times and not trust the elders; why should they be so special to entrust them with our childrens safety????? Pluse they have their own family they don't care about your kids and if the elder is the molester and shows interest in going with your child somewhere, hey that's a red flag to say NO. Why should we wait on Jehovah to exact justice for animalistic wrongdoing? NO WAY, stop the brainwash protocol, once someone messes with your children then all bets are off, an eye for an eye etc. Expect for the WTS to protect me and care for me? No, they don't pay my rent, they don't feed me but they take my money that's all they want and care about nothing else, their policies are to benefit them not me.
I accept the waiting on Jehovah for relief of a situation with maybe an up an coming surgery, broken AC unit, hot climate while out in field service but not to make sure my child gets protection under the law!! If the elder won't call the police then the parent should call, heck don't bring it to the elders; acuse the molester and if the cops don't take him later send along some gangstars' to make him look pretty! We should also remember not to let our kids with teenagers cause if they were abused or are wanting to explore they will try something on the most innocent one around, the younger kids. I had an experience with a sweet sister that had once watched my kids while her mom was around but her younger brother was not around. When we came by to pick them up the young guy had just been home for 10 minutes and was having his supper so we just said bye. Well later on the young sister said that she had enjoyed watching the kids and that her brother who never says hello to anyone or is even friendly told her that next time he want's to be around to help her watch the kids. Well to me that was the strangest thing cause here's a 15 year old antisocial kid that out of the blue wants to watch my kids? It ain't gonna happen, it is upto me that the opportunity never presents itself in that scenario. Yes it is very frustrating having to go over all these situations in your head, but you got ugly people out there that only want to feed their desire and you gotta beat them at their game by being two things ALERT and UNFORGIVING. There is too much at stake here!

You are right on the Catholic victims not beign excomunicated and the witness ones being left to fend for themselves. It is a shame but when my friend was molested an it came out, I and many others were supportive and helped during the aftermat of the ordeal. The people in the organization are good honest and sometimes gullible people, I an the other hand having been raised a witness am not gullible to anything or anyone I have seen way too much. That's why I feel a sense of responsibility to pin point the abusers and deal with them and not against the entire collective which might still include victims whose only support is still the honest dubs inside, forget about the GB. they are so far gonne that they probably are just puppets themselves because of liability issues.

My brother and i have talked, he is an elder and he feels the obligation to give to Cesar his crime perpetrators first before calling Bethel, it is just the interpretation of a letter after all. A crime is not within the JWS's jurisdiction to process, he wouldn't call the WTS by doing so he woul appear to need guidance and subjected to WTS direction to investigate first instead of calling the police first.
