I had a perfect fade!!! I had turned in time for years until the CO said that I could not turn in time unless I came to the meetings. I had always allowed the elders to come over as well. I was almost invisible, until I was OFICIALLY Inactive, after not turning in time. This despite never going to the hall in 4 or 5 years....

The trouble with fading as your leaving strategy
by eyesthatsee inwhatever your chosen strategy for leaving jws, the fundamental truth is that there is no clean / simple exit.
the mind control, the manipulation of normal family relationships etc will make any strategy very difficult at times.
the key issue is to know this ahead of time and be prepared, as best you can.. we've all chosen leaving strategies acording to our personal circumstances, preferences and learning from others.

Why let someone else define what u are? I have invested a lifetime in a religion that is filled with errors......like every other religion.....I would say NO!!
The WT can can their beliefs, but I can't?
I spoke to a devout christian friend once and he mentioned that everyone in his church did not share all the same beliefs.....It's was NOT a big deal.

I remember a case In the 80's (can't remember all the details, I was a teenager but) a brother was a fornicator as a youth, so he disappeared for 20 years. He came back as a bible study, then made MS. I think he confessed to his youthful sins. He was privately DF, then reinstated or something similar. I knew because the PO was my pioneer partner or partna as we say in South-Central. This loving provision allows for that not to happen again!!! (lol)

They also mentioned, many DO's will teach the new elder's school, so many CO's are moving up to the District work. I find it hard to believe that people still believe this stuff with the generation change. That is the biggest flaw in organized religion since "Bad Priest relocation act".
Then again, it is MY personal belief that ALL religions are flawed, the dubs are no different.

Just agree and quote scriptures....it baffles them. (How can this man be inactive and quote scriptures??) I have been away for about 4 years as well....an OUTSTANDING FADE into darkness until the "You can't turn in time anymore".....I thought it was funny....They finally are "ON TO ME"...RATS!!!!! That pronouncement came directly from the CO.
Again, for clarity, confession is required.........if YOU have STOPPED committing the sin, you would be forgiven...."That was a quote"
I have a great attitude about LIFE, so an elder's visit is trivial. I am NOT going to say, YEAH 1914 is a lie....the generation teaching is wrong again...or........anything similar....but then again, I was not asked.
Life is a blessing...everyday.....I personally enjoy Joel Osteen or Fred Price more than the WT.....(lol)

possibly lied to, my understanding is impeccable. I obviously questioned this and they confirmed what was said. 2 Chronicles 19:1-3 was cited. The king had committed terrible sins, but was forgiven. (Are our sins worse?) Sounds like a speciality scripture from NYC.
Again, just sharing what was mentioned. Doesn't really matter to me on what is believable and what is not.

Omarion had a manager named chris stokes. He was at my circuit assembly in the late 80's. I met him in woodland hills. His sister juanita, was my best friends fiance....she was called MC smooth (i think). I met her at our bookstudy. I think they lived in rowland heights....not sure.
I am sure that Omarion was influenced by chris to be a witness.
