from 1874 to 1914) in the year 1943.
(this appears to be based primarily on a statment in the book god's kingdom of a thousand years has approached on page 209 and to a lesser degree, a footnote at the bottom of page 133 of the publication jehovah's witnesses - proclaimers of god's kingdom.).

The Real Issues Facing former Jehovah's Witnesses

esp from (thinking for) themselves.. however, the real dillema's facing an ex jw who leaves, whether on their own terms or being disfellowshipped are real and haven't changed.. .
lonliness, how to make friends, is a big issue.. fear, esp fear based on superstition, a fear of god and of the future that is not in any way based in proveable fact.. education, how to think and reason critically to avoid being taken advantage of is a big challenge.. love, sex, and how to navigate your way around all of that hot mess.. geez, yeah, forgot.

and this action of "revealing of all hidden things" means "judgment"

When God sent Moses to Pharaoh, He armed him with the demand "Let My people go, that they may serve Me." At one point Pharaoh was okay to let them go on his (Pharaoh's) own terms. One of the teachings here ... Israelites could not serve YHWH when service was regulated by any other master than YHWH. The way JWs follow and believe the WT teachings amount to idolatry.
One cannot serve 2 masters - God and the WT corporation.You said it right !

"a stone" is God's Kingdom coming on earth , and it is disintegrating the "unity" between iron and clay
"this stone" "brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold" , that is, the whole image that the GB has built that their own "God's organization" means "God's Kingdom on earth" is demolished
THIS is God's Judgement upon Babylon the Great(all false worships) and her "daughter" the WT "form of worship"- Isaiah 47
the lovers of God's righteousness have to be happy now !

splane said this starting at 14:16, "he (russell) could never reconcile the teaching of eternal torment with the description of the bible of a loving god.
as he examined the creeds of the great churches when he saw that they taught that the wicked are tormented eternally, why, he just could not accept that.

While it may appear that the Watchtower leadership moves as a block it does not believe as a block. It will crack and when it does a true hellfire will occur at Bethel.

and "thy brother Jacob" are the simply anointed ones who don't "worship" the GB .

would you believe that God doesn't want us to fill our mind with ancient chronology and datas ?
try to understand this !
After studying the Bible I came to see/realize that God have ever known that He wrote regarding ancient events in an “hidden way” ( Proverbs 25:2 ), and so, He didn’t command to his worshipers to find the real/exact chronology or data of events of human history and its empires and states from Adam until today
in case He would command this , knowing how difficult is to come to a conclusion in chronology and how much time it requires , then God’s worshipers would be called “historians” not “Christians”
But now , though, a certain “chronology” there is , and God does invite us to understand it , even in order to “know the judgement”Ecclesiastes 8:5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall know no evil thing;
and a wise man’s heart discerneth time and judgment
Yes , it is a good thing to know the time of God’s judgement
here are Jesus words / Luke 19
41. And when he drew nigh, he saw the city and wept over it,
42. saying, If thou hadst known in this day, even thou, the things which belong unto peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.
43. For the days shall come upon thee, when thine enemies shall cast up a bank about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,

because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
here we are able to see that is a good thing to be able to recognize the time of our “visitation” >> that implies a few knowledge of “chronology”BUT what chronology ?
The chronology God requires from us to search for, is part of prophecies regarding “God’s people during the latter days” , as He said to Daniel
chapter 10
14. Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall
– thy people
– in the latter days; for the vision is yet for many days:
It follows that the chronology God is requiring from us/His worshipers to search for, is in fact the chronology of the latter days !
