i was thinking it would be informative and fun to start a thread comparing the jesus of wt theology with what can be factually stated about the historical jesus of scripture.

in particular, how jw doctrines misrepresent the christ in both what they do teach about his as well as what they do not teach.

i know, there's lots to debate about who and what is the real, historical jesus, but at least try to stay on topic (the comparison) and let's not get all "born again" on me!

hey guys,.

hoping to get your input.. i had a conversation with my dh recently and i asked him what would need to happen for him to question his belief system.

he said that something unscripted needs to be taught by the society.. now there are many things i can bring up...i have heard you suggest not to argue with doctrine...but he is asking for it.

4 God forbid: yea, let God be found true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy words, And mightest prevail when thou comest into judgment.

that's right , we - fleshly humans - doesn't find God true / But God sure is TRUE

He is the OWNER of entire His creation

He is NOT the begining of the "badness" but He is in his right to take a stand against everything is bad , wicked and injust.

So the answer for your question is : YES, God does care for us !

You have to strive yourself to enter on the "way" God prepares today for us : the HolyWay (Isaiah 35:8)

this way leads toward God's Kingdom

On the HolyWay you will meet all who escape from Babylon for God's sake (in order to worship Him with spirit and with truth) as a result of obeying Rev 18:4

Soon , the authorithy will be given to the people of saints - Daniel 7:26,27.

as stated, in my personal experience i have had people phone who were afraid to give their name or who felt it necessary to use a fictitious name, some who even felt it necessary to take out a special post office box to be able to correspond without danger of their correspondence with me or other former witnesses being discovered.

they face a form of "hostage" situation, produced by the organization's authority.

but the "sheep" are God's ... and He will take care of them ... see Ezekiel 34 ... it offers comfort ... it offered to me for more than 18 years
